From the first contact with Vida, to finding a best tutor to match my son's needs, it was very efficient. I even received a call from the owner who explained to me about the billing process. The tutor was a nice person I'm sure but she seemed so anxious to get out and stuttered at every other word that I did not learn a thing. I requested to boor to partially refund me for a terrible session considering that I had a test the next day and paid a great deal of money ...yet he selfishly refused. I tried to negotiate with him for a lower price for another tutor to compensate for a bad session and he also refused. He does not care at all. Avoid at all cost.
