I love Off Broadway Shoe because of the large variety of shoes, and great sales you can get. 13 inch men shoes you like are hard to find in some shoe stores but not here. I just found a pair of boots that were over $70 and got them for $14 taking advantage of the mark down to $27 and using the buy two pair of shores to get 50 percent of one pair. They always give you friendly service each time you come 2. Seeing the large Christmas tree in the parking lot and hearing the music made the whole experience magical as well. Even though I spent $70 something for 2 pair of shoes total, I really spent around $35 a pair before tax on quality shoes that will last for years. read more

If you're looking for a certain type of shoes, Off Broadways Shoe Warehouse is a good place to try. I was looking recently for a good pair of white or silver sneakers. And I ended up getting a pair of white Adidas here for a reasonable price. And while shopping, I definitely eyed some other shoes that I would have loved to have brought home with me if my checking account allowed. Well, alright, I'm a shoe lover! I always used to in between here and DSW if I was looking for something. They have some good deals and sales. I didn't always find stuff but I just love shoe stores! They're huge and open and store associates are always around to help you. I've gotten a few shoes here that last me for years. I never go out of my way to come here. But every time I do, I leave with a new pair of shoes! Which....I don't know if that is *actually* good or not....but there you go! I'm putting this review as a new hire, I was hired as an assistant manager all went well first day, second day an aggressive employee was apparently disgruntled and took out on me . I told the manager he said he would talk to him so apparently he's done it before but I didn't want to make it a big deal. So the manager went home and the employee got aggressive and I was assaulted by an employee from my previous employment. So my second day of working there I walked out. Off Broadway is a shoe lover's dream store. The selection is SO huge it is hard to believe. I usually visit the sale/clearance section in the back before I peruse the rest of the store. The staff is helpful which is becoming rare in shoe stores. They know the inventory and are great helping to match a color or recommend a style option. Parking is plentiful and Off Broadway has a great rewards program which lets you know when you have free shoe money to spend. The store is bright and well organized. Make sure you allow plenty of time to take in the big selection. read more

I have purchased shoes for my husband twice this year (January-which was returned in July because they were falling apart and now in September- because of the same thing. Again purchased in July) the first time we purchased the shoes we paid over 100$ for the shoe but couldn't find the receipt. i had the information date time etc. but was told they couldn't look the receipts up in store. I work customer service I know these things can be done es when you have the card it was purchased with. we were told no and only received 74.99 for shoes (current sale price at the time) to place towards a new pair. Shoes we wanted weren't in (had to order) and were more by 50$. Well with the shoes not readily on hand and 7 to 10 business days for them to arrive, my husband had to have shoes to work in. We purchase sketchers, we get 50% off these and 10% off the expensive pair. Still paying over 75$ for a defective product That's only 3 months old. I was told when I went in to exchange the defective pair that they couldn't take them because a return for the pair in January was credited to the now or current pair. I will not be doing business with them from here out. This is piss poor management and customer service. He's had under armor flips last longer than these shoes. Go to Academy, Dicks, Macy, or an online direct retailer. There return policy sucks And won't stand behind their product! read more

AHHHHHH! I'm so happy I found this place. Look, I like supporting small businesses, but sometimes a big store like this is really useful to have around. In San Diego, I was a DSW devotee, but the one here is at The Summit, which just feels so far away. I know it's not, but I don't have any reason to go out there and consequently I have never been. But the Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse is in the same shopping center as Trader Joe's, so I figure I'll have an excuse to go at least once a month. I know people around here are all about the Zappos Outlet, but not only is that place indisputably far afield, the selection is super frustrating because each pair of shoes is the only one in stock. Personally, I can't shop that way! I much prefer the Off Broadway/DSW model, which is basically just like a really big shoe store with relatively low prices. The selection is wide and there are generally several sizes available in each style (excluding the clearance section). I've been keeping an eye out for a pair of cute winter boots but attractive AND practical seems to be a tall order. This is where places like Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse shine. I am very happy with the pair I found on Saturday and I look forward to going back to use my "Encore Rewards." Basically, your receipt includes a coupon equal to 10% of the receipt total, which is a pretty good tactic, if you ask me. They also carry handbags and my boyfriend says the men's selection is pretty good, too. The one disclaimer I'll throw out here is that I'm not a brand whore, so I can't say how their selection measures up in those terms. read more

It's not DSW, but it's closer to the mall/my parents' house, so it wins that. Off Broadway has a big sale section, and the regular shoes are very reasonably priced (I find it hard to find something over $60). I found some amazing comfy flats here, and a nice set of pumps to replace my classic black ones. Make sure you save your receipt -- they don't have a discount club per se, you automatically get discount credit based on how much you spent, and the credit is good for a good few months. read more

My only real complaint is the location. I actually put off buying shoes for an extra month even as my current running shoes fell apart just so I didn't have to deal with the mess that is Shebyville Road during the holiday shopping season. Even on an average weekend though, it can be tough to get in and out of the shopping plaza. That said, the selection is large, the prices are very reasonable and the staff is friendly. Unlike another big shoe store in town which shall not be named, the music isn't blasting at a level that makes an airport runway sound quiet. All the major brands of men's running and sports shoes along with a lot of dress shoes and hiking boots. Women's selection covers everything from sneakers to high heeled boots to flip flops. You're not going to get the personalized service here that you would at a good running store or a high end dress/business wear store but if you know what you are looking for, they probably sell it. And if you get really frustrated with the parking lot traffic, swing by TJ's for a bottle of two buck chuck to take home and drink while dancing around in your new shoes. read more

First of ...the pictures here are deceiving - except for the last 2. The Store is much more darker - it has dark carpet and dark wall. When I first came in..I was like......wow....depressing! Second of Mind me, I am one of DSW Biggest fan. So this store looks messy to me.The shoes display, the shoes boxes arrangement...all seemed to be unorganized - like my closet. ;-D Third I do not find any single cute shoes there - and when this happens, it only means one thing : blah. Large women's selection and decent men's all in one place. It is surrounded by traffic as some others say but it's worth it. I have never purchased children's shoes here so I'm not sure if they have any. Very reasonable prices and loyalty really pays here with deep discounts on the following purchase with receipt. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I wish they had a vegan selection but I was able to find some, even though they aren't marked as such. I can buy any style here, there's nothing they don't have. read more

Off Broadway carries a great selection of regular women's shoes at decent prices however they have a minimal selection in wide. They have some experience fitting orthotics but not the biggest selection to accommodate them. The staff were more than helpful! read more

My mother had the worst costumer service there ever. Be very careful what you buy there their return policy is the worst. If their deal is buy one get one 50% off when you return it no matter if you have the receipt or not showing what you pay they will give you only half of what you paid. Also she was told by one of their employees to "calm down" when she was perfectly calm just very frustrated. The lady in front of her was returning shoes that the heel had broken and they would not refund her 100% either. The worst store ever if I could give it 0 or -stars I would. read more

Was in the store to get some boots for my great grand daughter. Found the ones I liked, and waited for them to go on sale, When my grand daughter told me they were 50% off but when I went in they told me that they were not part of the sale . I found another box with the same boots and they had a 50% off sticker but the lady said someone else must have put it on the box, she said she would give me the size 2 for half price but not the ones I had size1, I don*t think I'll be going back!! read more
