The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They made size and fit recommendations and offered to order something that wasn't in stock (I have a odd frame) they simply contacted me when it was available and offered to tailor it to fit. They obsoletely went above and beyond what any other store would do. The selection of clothing is nice and stylish. They have everything you'll need for work and social events. They'll dress you head to toe! Keep in mind this isn't your $10 T-shirt shop or a place you'll find a cheap button up. The quality of items they have is top notch and made to last. Worth the price and customer care!

BCT got back to me within the hour, and the next morning I was at the shop. This shop is near Holiday Manor, and it was neat seeing how it has an elegant showroom in front and then a larger area in back where the alterations are made. Men's suits seem to be their focus, so if that's something you're in the market for, definitely check them out. My pants were done less than a week later, and they were hemmed perfectly. I also got a text to let me know they were ready to be picked up. I'll definitely be back here when I have more alterations that need to be done.

I enjoy looking here for the items I didn't know I needed but immediately find useful. My last few trips to DSW have been more lackluster. While basics are important I have loved coming here for more unique shoes, but I haven't spotted a variety of styles in a long while. I'll keep hunting though, at the store and online!

For the men's section…read more My shoe size is typically 9.5 Wide, with exception of a few regular 9.5 or 10. They do have a decent product selection. However, their size selection is absolutely sucks! I needed a pair of casual dress shoes (forgot mine at home) and headed to DSW on my way to event. I found quite a few that were appropriate, but couldn't find any in my size! i couldn't even find a size that "work out in a pinch." After almost 10 pair of striking out, I gave up and ended up wearing my sneakers with a suite. Guys, shop online or go somewhere else. Most of their limited stock was of size 8 or over 12.
