From the friendly customer service and the attentiveness of the staff, to the cleanliness of the building (as much as you can be with 4 legged friends) and the extra caution they take for caring for the pups...this place has never disappointed me! They have cameras for you to watch your pup while you're away. It's fun watching them play with their friends and follow around the staff in the kennels. My pup has had play times, been boarded here and used their groomers. All services have been good. If I just say "Pawparattzi" my pup gets excited to go see his friends! The wait really killed us but we were so excited to see her new skills! Macaroni had his first introductory day at Camp Bow Wow which was FREE (wow) to make sure that he wasn't aggressive with the other dogs. All of our normal dog sitters who stay in our house were out of town for the holidays. So, I was quite anxious about boarding them to begin with and really felt at ease about leaving them with cbw when i looked them up and during their trial day. My only complaint is that when we picked our babies up my girls butt was caked in poop. Dried and fresh. This is a HUGE no in my book. I recieved texts during their interview when my boy threw up and text during their boarding that she had a little blood in her stool. I was never informed that she had poop stuck in her fur on her butt. I would have happily paid extra for them to wash her butt off or even do a grooming bath service. I think it is absolutely unacceptable to send someone's dog home with their bottom covered in poop.
