I did tell him I was stuck between 55% windshield and 15% all around or go with 35% windshield and 5% all around. I came back to check the car out after it was finished, I am very happy with the 55% windshield and 15% all around as that is already dark enough for privacy. For someone like me that drive a lot and drive at night time a lot - I will consider this a gray area for driving at night time. If I went with 35% windshield and 5% all around - I don't think i'd be as happy lol. That would be too dangerous at night time driving. I also got the head lights PPF (light smoke). Day one, due to moisture was scary to drive at night time. After day one was over, it looked phenomenal from the inside out... I was debating on changing the PPF head lights out for clear on day one, now that I am used to it and the moisture disappeared, I can see just fine at day and night. Only thing I can say about the cons, I noticed a little bit of glue left over on the side window. Besides that, they did a very good job and Leo don't mess around about his business, he is serious about getting the job done right.

UPDATE: Updating my review since the business owner…read moreobviously likes to respond to all his negative reviews to try and control the narrative - saying customers are lying, leaving false reviews, or weren't even customers to begin with. To start, the business owner is saying I lied about my experience and I was "belligerent" over them being late. He edited his response to me four different times (see emails). To address his original comments: 1.) "you provided two different numbers" -- this information is correct, however, the business owner ONLY used the primary one (just for clarification) and never contacted the other number throughout this experience. 2.) "over an hour before arrival, we informed you our technician would be running late" -- I wasn't contacted by anyone from this company until *I* reached out first, by this time, the technician was already late by 10 minutes. 3.) "we completed your full service including the engine bay detail, which we have clear photo evidence of" -- business owner offered free wash, wax, and engine bay cleaning due to being late - the wax was not done, or done poorly, and the engine bay was not cleaned, we were picking leaves out of it and its dusty, as you can see in the picture. 4.) "after the job was finished, we spoke directly" -- no? We didn't speak directly. I spoke to your technician and thanked him for his work and tipped him - but since he showed up late, we were pressed on time and needed to be on our way and didn't check the car throughly. 5.) "I still gave you a courtesy discount due to the delay" -- for clarification, no discount was given on the initial cost of the Interior Only detail. Only the offer of free services that were not completed, other than the wash. 6.) "you were belligerent over us arriving 30 minutes late, even though we had already let you know in advance that we were running behind and confirmed before booking that you had the entire day open." -- apparently, a customer being short and annoyed that your technician was running late with no notice isn't allowed lmao. If a woman says "hi." or "no, I don't want to cancel" is considered "belligerent", I suppose that's a whole other issue you have. Again, I wasn't told in advance that your technician would be late, and I never once said I had the entire day open. 7.) "Throughout the entire process, your behavior toward our team was distasteful and confrontational." -- when your technician arrived, I said hello, and politely asked him to move his car from blocking the driveway. That was the only interaction I had with him, aside from tipping him. We let him do his work and we sat in front of the house in the sun for about 20 minutes, on our property, several feet away from him. They were also able to fit me in much sooner than I expected. When I arrived I was impressed by the shop. It's much larger than I thought. Very clean, organized and professional. Luis handled the consultation and estimate walked me through everything and made the process simple with no pressure. I had the rear chrome delete done on my Mercedes GLE 53 and the quality of the work was outstanding. What surprised me most was the pricing it was more competitive than several other shops I looked into especially considering the quality of the finished product. I'll definitely be back to have the rest of the chrome trim done and will be using them for detailing as well. If you're looking for a trustworthy shop in Huntington Beach for chrome deletes, wraps, or detailing, I highly recommend Rhino Film & Detail.
