First time using Yelp. Had my 06 Pontiac Solstice convertible detailed the the other day, upon further inspection i deeply regret getting service from them. U would think that a place such as Yelp, where ones reputation is on the line, that you would try and go above and beyond to guarantee customer satisfaction, but I regret to inform everyone reading this, that this was not the case for me. I got my car done by Jay (aka Jawon Wilkinson) & flat out I can tell you right now that that man does not know the meaning of attention to detail. I paid for the DIAMOND PACKAGE (we're talking $200 here)! Only to get half ass work at best ! Absolute trash ass job. NEVER doing business with them again. I expect a full refund for my services paid for or at least a partial refund because this guy's job and work ethic did not pass the vibe check ! One of my leather seats even now has rips in it because of him ! It was not like that before ! DO NOT DO BUSINESS W THEM PLZ for the love of God find it elsewhere. Save your money. They never showed up and they never communicated. I need the undercarriage of my 2003 Miata cleaned so the mechanic can find an oil leak. They quoted me a reasonable price and I gladly accepted. They had some kind of technical issue the first time. So they couldn't show up. The second time, I'll take responsibility because I told them it was okay. There was a definite miscommunication. However, even if they had shown up, it would've been very very late. My days off are sporadic so the scheduling is not easy for me. Today, I waited all day with no word from them at all. I had spoken to someone last time, and they seemed very nice and helpful. I was really surprised that there was no communication at all today. I was looking to get my car detailed and deep cleaned on the inside and this is where my mom chose to gift me a detailing from. Off The Drip responded right away offering same day appt and a full description of their services, which I appreciated since I've never had my car detailed before. This business was very responsive in communicating the packages they have available and in helping set up an appointment for the car washes. On time which is appreciated. Miscommunication on the part of this company which did not go above and beyond to correct the issue or to make any other recommendations to my RV. It was told to this company that the right side had oxidation and upon the arrival of the technician. He nor the office did not make any professional suggestions to me (the customer) on how to correct the issue even if I had requested an alternate service. The technician basically did what he was told which is fair on his part but failed to upsell or to discuss with me about the oxidation issue. That's why I give them a three star. But upon inspection of my RV when I got home. There is a few areas which were missed along with a lot of water spots on the windows. no bueno. As a service industry person myself. I always try to inform my customer on the correct service that would most benefit them. I even would have paid a little more for the correct service if it was suggested to me.
