What an awesome addition to the Kendall food scene to have this restaurant back up and running! If you haven't tried, you definitely need to head over there for lunch , dinner, even take-out! They have a few tables and a counter space for seating inside. We order the original MoJo wrap with chicken and the chicken Cesar wrap. And for the sides ... yuca bites and plantain chips. The place was pretty busy for a Friday late afternoon, but everything came out hot and delicious. Hoping they start adding more menu items from before!

Stopped by for lunch because of the great reviews. It's a very cozy spot in Kendall not many tables. Customer service was good, the flow was constant here for pick up / take out / dine in. The young lady behind the counter handled it well. Love that they have coke in bottles (Mexican soda) just tastes different. Everything is made fresh to order so be patient. It's not a long wait - just don't think it appears in 2 minutes. SO WORTH THE WAIT ! Make sure you use the sauce. The fritters were fresh and hot - my favorite was the yuca bites a seasoned mash of yuca fried to a crisp. I had the chicken mojo wrap the tortilla holds nicely they toast it so holds the delicious mix of filling together and can be held with one hand and the sauce and it's phenomenal. My husband is a quesadilla fan and cannot stop talking about it. They have only been open for 3 months so act now before they get too popular - which will be soon !!

Off the Grille was a Kendall staple for years & i was crushed when they closed back in 2019. BUT so happy they are back. The classics return to the menu (yes the sweet potato fritters taste just as good if not better) and they added some other great options. The chicken pesto wrap was my favorite and their Caesar chicken wrap is still a delicious. Also had the steak wrap (not pictured) and it was also elite. But the best part about OTG continues to be the good vibes inside their spot. The two guys who took our order were friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Will be coming back frequently to support one of my favorite spots growing up!

He reminds me of Carmy from The Bear--passionate, hardworking, detail-oriented, and completely dedicated to creating an amazing experience for every customer. You can feel the love and energy that goes into every dish. The service is warm, welcoming, and genuinely makes you feel like family. In a world of chain restaurants, this place is a true local gem. Whether you're stopping in for coffee, pancakes, or brunch, you'll leave happy, full, and already planning your next visit. Joaquin thank you for taking the time to make us feel so welcomed! On our first visit, we ordered the breakfast sandwich, the Banana Walnut Pancake, and two iced lattes (one with 2% milk and one with oat milk). Everything was outstanding. The breakfast sandwich was packed with flavor, the latte was perfectly balanced, and the Banana Walnut Pancake was on another level. The combination of caramelized banana, toasted walnuts, and their smoked maple syrup was absolutely RIDICULOUS. We loved it so much that we came back just two days later. This time, we shared the breakfast sandwich because we needed to save room for more pancakes. We ordered the Lemon Curd & Blueberry Pancake and the Brunch Still Hungover Pancake (their espresso-inspired pancake), and somehow they were even better than we expected. The Lemon Curd & Blueberry was bright, fresh, and perfectly balanced, while the Brunch Still Hungover was one of the most unique pancakes I've ever had rich coffee flavor without being overly sweet. That's the magic there for me, you might look at these pancakes and assume it's "too much" or might be overwhelming but the flavors are so perfectly balanced, it's a darn masterpiece. What really made the experience special, though, was the owner. He took the time to chat with us, explain the inspiration behind some of the menu items. You can tell this isn't just a restaurant to him, it's something he's genuinely passionate about. That passion comes through in every plate that leaves the kitchen. The staff was warm, welcoming, and seemed genuinely happy to be there. In a city where brunch spots come and go, Jealous Fork feels like the kind of place that earns regulars. At this point, our goal is simple: keep coming back until we've tried the entire menu. As I'm writing this in deciding to go back to try the burgers..BRB

Looked on yelp for a nearby place to get Ramen and saw wonderful reviews for KOW. And so I ventured over. Looking unassuming from the outside in a strip mall, this is a really nice place for a quiet and wonderful meal. I was struck how it was not just Ramen, but a variety of different cuisines on one menu. I really wanted to try them all, but stuck with Ramen as that is what I was looking for on that particular evening. It did not disappoint. People have described it as the best Ramen in the area and I will not argue that point. I will, however, say that the portion was on a small side and I was still hungry afterwards. This is the only reason for the missing star. The flavor was excellent. The protein and added dumplings were all perfect. The broth was delicious. The servive was outstanding. The ambience was comfortable and truly enjoyable to have a nice conversation with my dining companion. I found the menu a bit overwhelming, but I will go back to try some of the other things as I looked around the table and people are eating a variety of different foods and by foods I mean food types as the offerings are so diverse. Prices are a bit on the high side, but my first impression is that the value is there to command those prices because the food is superb. Potentially a five star restaurant...stay tuned.

We chose to sit inside because of the heat, although the outdoor seating area looked beautiful as well. When we arrived, the restaurant was still pretty quiet, and we were seated right away. For brunch, they offer either a $49 brunch package with a wide variety of items or an à la carte menu. Our server let us know that everyone at the table has to choose the same brunch option, so we all went with à la carte. I ordered the sweet potato waffles, and they were absolutely delicious! One of my friends had the poached eggs with fried green tomatoes, and my other two friends ordered the egg sandwiches with hash browns. Everyone really enjoyed their meals. The service was excellent. Our waitress was attentive, friendly, and checked on us throughout our meal. The décor is beautiful, with dark green tones that create a stylish, inviting atmosphere. The only thing that felt a little unusual was someone coming around taking photos of diners and then offering them for purchase, but we simply declined. By around noon, the restaurant had become much busier, which speaks to its popularity. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back for brunch again!

The restaurant is located in Pompano Beach with both street parking and several nearby parking lots, which made parking fairly easy. That said, the surrounding area felt a little sketchy, and as a woman, I personally wouldn't feel comfortable walking around alone at night. The restaurant itself is cute, casual, and inviting, with both indoor and outdoor seating. The event was held outside, where DJs kept the crowd entertained with a great mix of hip-hop, R&B, and old-school classics. The music was definitely one of the highlights of the night. Because the humidity was unbearable, even after the sun went down, I chose to sit inside for dinner before heading out to enjoy the event. Unfortunately, the service wasn't great. I understand they were likely busier than usual because of the event, but our waiter wasn't very attentive. He told us to flag him down if we needed anything, which isn't exactly what you expect when dining out. Our drinks took about 20 minutes to arrive, and although we were told the bar was backed up, they ended up tasting mostly like juice with very little alcohol. For appetizers, we ordered the crab beignets. They were just okay, but the mustard dipping sauce was actually really delicious and probably my favorite part of the dish. My friend ordered the fried chicken sandwich, and I had the shrimp Caesar salad. The salad came with much more dressing than I prefer, making it a bit overwhelming. My friend thought her sandwich was decent, but unfortunately it didn't sit well with her stomach the following day. After dinner, we headed outside to enjoy the party. The outdoor deck is built around a beautiful tree and offers plenty of seating, along with a separate outdoor bar, which created a fun atmosphere. One thing that stood out, though, was how slippery the deck was. At first I thought it might have been my shoes, but after hearing several other people mention the same thing, it seemed like I wasn't the only one who noticed. Overall, the entertainment and outdoor atmosphere were enjoyable, but I wouldn't return for dinner. The menu is fairly limited, and with fewer options, I expected each dish to really stand out. Unfortunately, the food and service just didn't live up to those expectations. If you're looking for good music and a fun Saturday night vibe, the event is worth checking out, but I wouldn't go for the dining experience alone.
