The first thing that drew us to his website was the fact you get to select the wineries you want to tour. He picked us up at our hotel in a beautiful new touring coach...very spacious and immaculately clean. He is very knowledgeable about the area and the various wineries and extremely personable. We were able to tour and taste at our own pace...never feeling rushed. Off the Vine Wine Tours made my experience as easy as it could be. I contacted Aaron about a week and a half before my wedding. I was starting to get stressed as it was getting down to the wire and all of the shuttles were getting booked up. I ended up calling Off the Vine. Aaron called me back immediately and was very easy to communicate with. I Venmo'ed him the money for the bus (which I was skeptical about at first since it's not a "contract"), but I had no reason to worry. He was in contact the few days before the wedding to confirm everything and the bus showed up on time to transport everyone from my venue back to Fredericksburg. This was the first time my wife and I were going to visit the vineyards in Fredericksburg,TX. Our guide Eric was very helpful in scheduling the entire trip. He even drove down to San Antonio to pick us up! This was huge since we did not want to drive after visiting 4 vineyards :). The vehicle was very clean and the drive was great. Eric thought of everything we would need to make the trip fun and entertaining. He had some great suggestions for lunch, took care of everything at each vineyard and even offered to stop and let us get some peaches on the way back. This was such an amazing experience! From the ease of coordinating the trip with Aaron to transportation with Carlos, our professional and friendly driver, we truly received great service from the beginning to the end. We booked a 4 winery tour and Aaron really delivered with the places he booked for us. We had requested great views/atmosphere with dry wines and each place, though not the larger wineries Fredericksburg normally touts, was truly breathtaking and provided enjoyable sips. We used Off the Vine Wine Tours for a bachelorette party this weekend and had SO MUCH FUN! I liked that we didn't have to worry about any of the scheduling or payments at the winery. The bus was spacious and had plug ins for us to play our own music which was fun. We loved our driver, Carlos.. he was super accommodating and kept us on schedule. A few suggestions - make sure you bring water for your group... I was glad we remembered to pack a cooler for this. Also, next time, I will request to handle payments beforehand.. we did this after our tour and lots of wine.. didn't love that! read more

Aaron was the best host ever. Gave us plenty of time to enjoy the wineries and made sure we were all taken care of. He was at the hotel ready to pick us up before our official time started and dropped us off after our official time ended. He made sure the places we went had the views we had asked for. Gave us the best experience from a host I have had in a very long time. He knows all the owners so we got "special treatment" and he even bought us a sample plate to go along with our wine. Aaron was such a great tour guide! Very knowledgeable about the area. He was there to pick us up early and stayed late to make sure we enjoyed every bit of our tastings. Loaded the bottles we bought into the vehicle for us and found the best wineries that weren't as commercialized. He seems all about supporting the locals, even taking us to a winery for a woman who had her tasting room burnt down previously. A great way to spend an afternoon in the Hill Country with family and friends! I usually don't like organized tours like this, but also did not want anyone to worry about driving after several wine tastings. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of both the wineries and the tour! Great tour guide, Eric provided some wine trivia, information about wines and the Hill Country in general. Just went for a girls weekend in Fredericksburg and used Off the Vine Wine Tours. We went to three vineyards and had a great time! Aaron was super nice and very accommodating! We had plenty of time at each stop and more than enough wine! To top it off we were able to see beautiful views of the countryside.
