Everything in this small store is marked and neatly displayed. There's room between most of the items. Price wise it's not bad with some items reasonable and others on the side of a higher priced goodwill -- but better quality. All items seem clean and in good shape. We didn't find anything we liked well enough to buy today, but that's not saying you won't.

According to their Facebook page they have been in business since 2013. They are estate buyers so their merchandise is always changing depending on what they are purchasing . I have tried estate sales before but it feels like trespassing, going through someone's house that you know just died and picking through their stuff as their photos stare at you from the walls. Of course not everyone has died. Some people just want to sell a household of stuff in bulk before a move. In any case I'd much rather purchase estate items which are usually of a nicer quality than thrift, at a clean store like this. Also you are not having to drive around to multiple addresses. Everything I saw was in great condition. They had furniture, collectibles, mattresses, house hold goods, and even some clothes. If it makes up items in someone's household, they sell it. A wooden T.V.console was only $25. They had some nice knick knack shelves and I am currently studying my walls to see if they will accommodate them.I wanted to know if prices were firm or negotiable but the man who was working was chatting to someone else and I didn't want to interrupt. Once they got my money, communication became almost impossible. They rarely answer the phone, and when you finally do reach someone, the information you get is inconsistent and hard to believe. Be very careful when reviewing your final price before paying. They advertise "deal packages" and discounts, but extra charges seem to get added in unexpectedly. Make sure you read everything closely and verify every charge before signing or making payment. Customer service after the sale has been frustrating and unreliable. I expected honesty and professionalism, but unfortunately that was not my experience.

Dizzy Rock is a custom furniture store located on Federal Hwy in south Boynton Beach. According to their website "What distinguishes our brand Is our eccentric, eclectic, unique and fully customizable new way to express yourself or your brand with your furniture, home or business. Not only do we make furniture pretty but we make it last." At Dizzy Rock they can fabricate anything you can dream up. They create custom headboards, rehab furniture, and can even print whatever fabric you desire. The only limit is your imagination and budget. There is so much to look at in this store where everything is eye catching. How about a train locomotive that is a bar, a coffin bookshelf, a life size giraffe, steam punk cuckoo clock, or a graffiti painting monkey. Each piece is whimsical and discussion worthy. Of course this much creativity doesn't come cheap. Nothing is marked with a price but I overhead the monkey graffiti art piece was $4,000. They do have some small affordable gift items at the register. I admire anyone with this much creativity and artistic talent. This store is a one of a kind joy ride.

With the pricing, and with what I've read, I expected it to be on the lines of a Roche Bobois... not even close. I know this is an outlet store but if this is what they sell... it's not for me. It had a really poor selection of damaged items that are still way over priced. I was honestly expecting to see much better prices on pieces especially ones with obvious flaws and I was surprised to see brands that come from China. I know RH has membership pricing and a strong following. The one I used to shop at in Deerfield closed so I was delighted to find this one in the plaza I was eating lunch at in Boynton Beach. They always have lovely things at great prices. I like to go straight to the clearance section in the back where I always find an even better deal. I shop here for engagement and wedding gifts but it's also great for Christmas shopping, a birthday gift, or just refreshing a room in your home. The have a lot of items with initials on them so you can personalize gifts to your recipients. On this visit I took advantage of the fall/ Halloween half off sale on candles while admiring the brand new Christmas decorations. I love their cozy blankets and homey furniture. I was delivered a ripped, scuffed, and color penned up seat that was from someone trying to fix it. And a missing power cord. When I called back to the store to speak to a manager about the power cord and other things I was was told he was out of the store at the time so the next day I went to the store and spoke to the manager. They told me it was a floor model. and yes I knew that, but before delivering something like this, someone should have called the customer to inform them that this sofa was ripped and scuffed. And if I knew this I wouldnt have bought it in the first place. I didn't see it because of the direction that it was in At the store, so they agreed to replace it with a brand new one, but I had a three year warranty anyway so I'm sure why it seemed like it was a problem in the first place. So when I left the store, I got a couple calls from the manager about it being delivered the same day and then another call saying no the next day. Then the day before the delivery I received a call from the sales person Isa about needing to send pictures of damage to some approval person or something which I waited to hear what the outcome was, but no one followed up with me. I had to call to make sure someone was coming out as promised. So, I thought to make it easier and quicker for the delivery person and because I had other things that needs to be done on this day because it was basically 4 PM now and yes I was given a delivery time between 12 to 6 PM but like I stated, I had some other things I needed to do. I took the sofas outside, so it would be an easy exchange. But no! That turned into a big problem.! The deliver drivers told me I shouldn't have done it and then the deliver driver called the manager which tried to blame me for the damages that I had already reported! . And that's just absurd! all of this could have been avoided by a manager calling or having their ( and I'm using this term loosely) their sales person call the customer to report the damages. And to ask if you're OK with accepting this as is. That place dropped the ball in so many different occasions. I was told that he thought the sales person called me ... smh!! so now you don't even know what your employees are doing.. Great example of the blind leading the blind! Badcock that whole experience was so inexcusably unprofessional, and you have the wrong people representing you. What a horrific experience! Buyers please beware!!
