I really appreciate the friendly and personal customer service I always receive at this location.

This store leaves everything to be desired. It takes a specific lack of humanity to be unwilling to help a fellow human being in need out. It takes an entirely different sickness and ugliness to call the police on a minority sitting in their car looking at their phone screen in the year 2026. Returned to location #2436 in Glen Burnie, 12 minutes after closing, after realizing I left my bag containing my house keys, medication and a printer drum on a shelf inside while making a purchase earlier. Upon knocking on the door two employees walked from the back of the store almost all the way to the front and rather than ask me what was wrong they motioned with their hands from 50 feet away that they were closed. I said please, I begged for them to just hand me my bag and they again angrily motioned with their hands that they were closed and turned around to walk away. I returned to my car to search for a locksmith to meet me at my home and while I sat in my car the two county police cars arrived at the behest of the two employees. The officer guessed to me that he had arrived "because you knocked on the door." I implore anyone in the vicinity, to avoid interactions which will bring you to this store, this parking lot, and the entire shopping center to keep themselves from a similarly, dangerous situation. I strongly advise anyone hiring from this store to think very careful before doing so. The dedication and training is severely lacking. read more

I recently needed some print work done for a wedding I was coordinating, and I live out of state -- so I wasn't sure how smoothly things would go. Thankfully, working with this team made the entire process stress-free! Andy was incredibly helpful and patient with me over the phone. I called several times with questions about the online ordering process, and he was always kind and thorough in his responses. Since I wasn't in town yet, my mom and aunt went to the store to pick up the order. Brian was professional, courteous, and welcoming to my family. He made sure everything was perfect and worked with us until we had everything we needed for the big day. Everything turned out beautifully, and I couldn't be more grateful. I called the store to check why my order was tagged online as "picked up" when I hadn't picked up yet. The person over the phone said that she would check and came back on the line quickly to tell me that my order was still there and I could pick up whenever I was available. She was friendly and professional. The exterior is definitely old and the entrance is worn and weathered, but who cares---I don't need my Office Depot to be a Four Seasons! It's still functional. The interior is huge with high ceilings. There's a person at the door who greeted me warmly. I picked up my order, which was immediately ready at the entrance and already in a cart, super easy and I had no issues. read more

I walked in needing 35 printed pages. They needed to be done on a heavier page weight than the 20# copier paper. I was a walk-in, but the Office Depot's at other locations 100% walk-in jobs. I asked the "customer service" guy at the desk to help me out. (He was literally standing there doing nothing.) He said, "We have other jobs in the queue." I think customers standing in front of a person paid to provide service should take priority. (Especially for a 35-ish pages to print job.) I'll never go to this OD again. Terrible service. And I see I'm not the only one with poor service at this store. Worse than this, they don't even reply to negative reviews. Look at any of them before mine and see there are. Never enough people working. Today's experience is similar to my previous 3 visits here in the last year which have left me totally frustrated with this place. And it's My Bad for coming back. 25 minutes in line to have the associate print off a 1 page document that was emailed to them 26 minutes ago. Only 1 guy working here at 230 during the BUSINESS DAY. I mean don't they make a good deal of their profits off Business Services? Repeated requests for assistance for the 30-60 second job I needed done, to associates I saw wandering the store were met with this reply " I don't work over there " So it took me approx 30 minutes to walk away with 4 pages of printed material. If this was the only time this has occurred I wouldn't be letting the public know. I'm finding a better solution. For the future. read more

Terrible customer service! Associates are standing around doing absolutely nothing but make you download an app or text a number to get in the service line. I hope they go out of business soon! What ever happened to good old fashion customer service! Meanwhile I am standing in the middle of a store waiting for 10 mins to get service and the store is freaking empty!!!!!! The print department is lacking staff that can do anything other than printing . As a professional business owner on a time scheduled I noticed while in line the young fair complected female mngr is frazzled , a nervous talker and all over the place instead of getting orders completed with knowledge . It is a curly haired male who is arrogant , rolls his eyes and tells you this is his side job so he doesn't care . The few staff that are knowledgeable dark haired and blonde haired ( Sam) excellent and the ONLY reason I patronize this store rarely work unfortunately but if they are there top notch service . The quality staffing has diminished. Attitude by the one lighter brown completed curly head male is beyond unacceptable. He told a customer that he would refuse service because of his tirade . He was so extreme that I left the store in fear that something would go further because he was so extreme and inappropriate. He was even rude to the mngr on duty trying to calm him . Unprofessionalism at its finest . I will be contacting corporate. Lack of cleanliness is also an issue but I can stomach that to get my printing done in a satisfactory , safe , quality given manner . School supplies, printers w/ ink, laptop help, and organizational equipment. Perfect back to school shopping stop. The Copy and Print department employees are usually very helpful, but their line is also long. Be prepared to wait if you have a complex job to get done. Also, be patient, they will try to work with you and get it done as soon as they can, but they are often very busy. read more

If I could give a NEGATIVE 5 STAR rating I would. Lady at the print counter wouldn't help me without signing in. She said "there's a big sign right here".... I then read the sign she was pointing at and said "20% off ....." She responded by saying "it's on the other side".... So I'm supposed to be able to see THROUGH a sign to read the other side of it??? I stood there for a second and she just stood there as well so I said "you won't help me unless I sign in?". Her response was "no". As I'm walking OUT I walked by TWO employees goofing off together by the door and said to them "I will no longer be shopping at this store". The young girl IN HER UNIFORM SHIRT says "ok". Looking to get some forms laminated for work. Needed to have pages trimmed then laminated. The angry woman working there told me even if I was laminating them they would charge me $1.99/cut. I figured they could stack my 8 pages and use the big chop cutter to make 2 cuts. She said she would charge me $1.99/cut/page. So $4/page to trim the sides so $32 just to cut the paper then $3.99/page to laminate. So for the steal of $64 I could have 8 pages laminated. I'll be purchasing my own laminator from Amazon today. I am not local to Pasadena but my mother is. She bought an office depot printer 5 months ago and it has already malfunctioned. She called the store to see if she could exchange it in person and had it confirmed by a sales rep. We go to the store in under an hour and are told by another sales rep that is not true. We would have to go through the manufacturer as they only had an in store warranty of 14 days. When we inform them that's conflicting information, the person called another staff member and had us rudely dismissed. At no point was there anything along the lines of "I'm sorry, I can't help you" but more of a "get out of my face, I don't have time to deal with customers" vibe. When we asked where it said the 14 day warranty as no one communicated that to my mother when she bought the printer, the staff member curtly pointed out a tiny line 3 lines from the bottom on the back of the long receipt. I understand companies have bad policies, it just would be helpful for us to leave and want to come back. After being treated so horribly, probably won't. read more
