I was greeted as I walked in the door by Monica, and we chatted about how busy it was because the parking lot was packed! She answered my questions about tax free weekend, and told me about the sales. As I was finishing my shopping trip at the register, I began to feel faint so I asked to sit down for a moment. As I was sitting trying to collect myself, my cashier Riley stayed with me the whole time! She talked with me, reassured me, and brought me water. Monica also came back to check on me. When I was feeling better Riley walked me to the door, to make sure I was alright. I am so grateful for the incredible customer service. Everyone there was so very kind and caring. They had all of the items I needed in stock... Including some products I have not been able to find it other locations. I ended up leaving with more than I originally came for. The staff were polite and allowed me to shop in peace, checking in wants to make sure that I was finding everything okay. I especially love that the store is in an outdoor shopping center and not tucked away in a mall somewhere where I have to walk past dozens of stores that I have no interest in just to find it. There's also plenty of parking in the shopping center, which only adds to the convenience.
