I've been here several times and they always have what I'm looking for. This is my go-to store for specific school/office supply items that other places such as Walmart or Walgreens don't have. They aren't cheap, but not too expensive either. Lookout for sales, but they are a steal. Staff are friendly. Parking lot is huge. read more

I have had a terrible experience every single time I go to this store. I'm not the most tech savvy person, especially when it comes to printers, copy machines, etc. No employee at this store will help you with the services you need. Especially one dude with longer hair in the design section. He is terrible when dealing with customers, and isn't afraid to be rude to you. He won't help you with your services either. Loved maria at the copy & print center :) she was great to talk to while we went thru my order and she did her best to help me achieve what i wanted (big laminated print outs of my friends faces for a showcase lol) i had wanted larger but didnt realize you needed a 24 hr notice order to do so but she was able to alter the picture properties and find the best and cheapest lamination options for me for 11x17 sizes. very personable and nice, wasn't trying to overcharge me for anything which i really appreciated. read more

customer service is non existent here. i had a wonderful young lady named Angelica that was willing to help me during the night shift for an urgent situation and the morning shift had a complete change in attitude. they are not willing to help and changed up their policies overnight??? Eric had a very horrible attitude and I could hear his remarks while on the phone with another associate. i am planning on taking this to a higher level to review their policies because the requests i had weren't accepted here but they were at another location. lazy employees overall. read more

I'm not an idiot but I was trying to avoid going to Walmart to find a soft tape measurer so I thought I'd give office depot a quick try. My fiancé and I asked one of the girls at the register if they had a tape measurer. One of the girls responded "oh no I'm so sorry we don't " oh we'll it was a long shot. Suddenly another girl opened her fat ass mouth and said "it's OFFICE depot". We looked at her shocked that someone was just so rude to us for no apparent reason!! I am furious. I recently bought a lot of stuff here! I compared prices and only bought what was priced right! Overall! Great prices. The all-in-one printers were at great price even tough I didn't buy one. But that's good to know. And the staff was pretty helpful, she checked in us from time to time to make sure we were finding everything we needed! read more

I visit this Office Depot at least once a month. It is my go to place for office supplies, technology items, and certain pieces of office equipment. I am extremely pleased with the quality of service I receive and the selection of items I use. I am particularly impressed with Jim and Robin, both Technology Specialists, where are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. read more

This Office Depot is extremely helpful. Last year I came here for printer ink and it was pretty busy. One of the workers came to me, asked what I needed, lead me to it and checked me out on a portable iPad. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, and the guy was a pleasure to talk to. This week was only my second visit. I came in and was looking for a label maker. The manager came over while I was looking at them and asked if he could help, and I half-hypothetically asked if he had any more of the $10 on sale label makers which were sold out for obvious reasons. He looked it up on his iPad, said there should be 2 somewhere in the store and looked for it personally with one other employee on the hunt as well. He found it, and I bought it and checked out again very fast! The manager was genuinely happy to help. Over all the service here is excellent. And their printing services have wonderful employees also, MUCH better than the copy corner in college station. read more

Management needs to plan for all their student employees leaving for the summer. I was not able to get any help either in the store or on the phone due to lack of employees. If I shop there at all, it will not be in the summer. Our businesses continue even when the students leave! read more

Each time I go into the store, I am amazed with their clean and organized aisles. The employees are super friendly and very helpful.

I had purchased an Epson printer 2 weeks ago and it was not functioning properly. When I went into the store with my packed up printer, Alex heard my story and called Jim to help me get a replacement. Jim was very positive and helpful to make sure I got my XL cartridge out of the original printer and saved for my new printer. At checkout, David, the manager, honored my original sale price and Jim helped me get it in my car. Superb customer service! read more

I have nothing but praise for Janet (the manager I think) and Thomas, the sales associate. I placed an online order that proved to be a huge pain in the ass to return. Apparently the online system does not coordinate with the store system so poor Janet and Thomas had to spend almost 30 minutes with me just on a return. They were so nice and professional and made the process easy for me. Corporate should definitely send someone to the stores to see situations like this one today in order to make the lives of store employees easier. A+++ for the great crew at this store. read more

The staff in this location couldn't be more helpful. I buy supplies here often and most experiences are positive but tonight's experience was exceptional. I had a problem with a previous purchase and the staff went out of their way to help me, not only in selecting the correct product, but also in efficiently handling my return and taking care of my new purchase. Had an issue with two computers that I purchased and ended up returning them for a refund. I paid for part of the purchase with cash and part I charged to my Office Depot Credit card. The store returned the full amount to the credit card instead of giving my cash back and they could not understand (3 Mgrs.) that they owed me the cash payment back. After lots of frustrating conversations with the 3 managers operating the store, and having to wait a week for my money back, and having to speak to a regional manager who understood instantly, I was able to get my money back. TTERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE!!! I called to ask about returning something I bought from there that I didn't really like but I lost the receipt. I talked to several different people who said that they would be able to they just had to check that they still carried it in the store. the next person I talked to was a complete jerk. He told me that he has stuff around his house that he doesn't really like but he doesn't just go to return the things. I will never be returning to this place. I will gladly be taking my business to office max. I'd give it less then 1 star. read more
