I will go in there, get my prints, and LEAVE! They keep coming up with excuses about why they can't ever complete the task. They are THE PITTS! JoAnn, I'm never doing business with you again! Seemed so reasonable. I paid EXTRA to get it there Wednesday before noon (Monday was Memorial Day) instead of Wednesday by 5PM. They assured me no problem and I paid $86. Guess what.... it's Thursday and the package STILL hasn't been delivered. And customer service at FedEx has been CANCELLED. Store manager doesn't have the power to help. The AI bot at customer service doesn't have the ability to even understand my issue. And the customer service reps in another country have been told to just keep transferring me to other departments and reps who cannot help me!!!! I've called them 4 times now with no resolution. I guess they're hoping I'll give up. I want a refund on the shipping cost. NOT that it will bring back the customer I lost because of this. FedEx used to be so dependable. What a tragedy it has become. Do not depend on their delivery dates! And certainly, don't pay extra for a date they may or may NOT hit.

I write this review today because the employees went above and beyond in helping us. One of our locations was running low on critical document and would not have enough to hold them over until their normal shipment would arrive from our supply warehouse. I contacted Kwik Kopy and told them the dilemma and that we would need these documents ASAP. Within a few hours they turned around the printing and delivered them to us. We really appreciate everything this Kwik Kopy location does for us year around but they just proved themselves again on why we continue to use them.
