    Customer service always starts before a customer enters. I want to thank both Montrell and Mikey for their help today. I have been looking for an external hard drive and decided to give them a call. The staff gave such good customer service and let me know right away that they had what I needed in stock. Next, when I came into the store, both Montrell and Mikey helped me get exactly what I needed. I will definitely be stopping by here again if I ever need any other computer needs.

    Home Depot stored 30 minutes before the posted time on its website.

    After checking the website to confirm what time the store closed; it said 9:00pm and I drove 20 minutes to pick something up; all the other stores listed 8pm as their closing time. I pulled up to the store at 8:30pm saw the big red Office Depot sign turn off and a group of people leaving the store. Wish they would update their store hours on-line. How inconvenient.

    Apparently Friday is NOT the day to go in as it seems that is their slower day where they aren't…read morestaffed. I walked in and wasn't greeted by a single soul, nor could I see a person anywhere. Generally in furniture stores I feel you get mobbed but this was so far in the other direction where it seemed there wasn't anyone even working in this ghost town. I went about checking out chairs. Turns out they don't update their online inventory well so that most of what I found online before driving out here wasn't actually available. I came across one nice guy finally who apparently was a stock person. He was able to confirm certain chairs weren't available, and was very nice to hep me, but said I had to find a sales person to get more info on a few things. He took me up to a very exasperated person who helped but was rushed and didn't quite pay attention to what I was saying for the situation. The front desk gal that ended up checking me out was very nice. the chair I picked out was not marked, the gal that priced it was quoting me for a table which I wasn't even asking for and had to remind her of twice, and then seemingly just made a price up for the chair I was actually asking for which I'm not sure was really worth the price. I probably should have just walked out and went elsewhere....the chair I got is in great condition but I just don't think worth the cost for ONE chair. I get it for what they want to sell in bulk office space wise, but considering my office is soon to be looking for furniture, I have learned a valuable lesson of where we shouldn't go. No refunds for used which is what the bulk of the store was that I saw.
