What was delivered was a single 4x6 with several sizes of the same photo -- I could have done it in photo shop in 10-minutes then printed it at Walgreens for $0.39. They did not put the photo in the locket, but returned it empty contrary to their word. I'm a photographer who considered giving them some of my printing business, but I would urge everyone to find different printers based on our experience. We felt ripped off & quite frustrated.

The medium was not as expected (which is on me), but then she wanted to waste more of my time explaining the quality (or lack thereof). If a business has to explain the quality of their work, that speaks volumes. If you are looking for timely, go elsewhere.
