For as many times as I've been to this shopping plaza for other stores -- Sally's, Dollar general, restaurants, etc. -- I was surprised that I'd never been to this Office Depot location. I recently needed to replace some printer ink and decided to stop here. The store is located on the southern corner of the plaza. When I came in, they weren't very busy at all. I was able to quickly browse and find what I needed. Checkout was fine. It took awhile for someone to come to man the cashier's desk. The staff was doing other things. But not long enough for me to get upset about it. I have a corporate account that I've used at this chain forever. So it's convenient and gives me rewards for returning used cartridges, as well. I found my way to Office Depot to purchase a 2026 desk calendar and planner book. Got the desk calendar for $5 and planner was same price as Amazon. The venue was clean and organized. I found what I needed right away. I was also lucky to get discounted holiday cards for next year. However, they do not have Hanukkah cards which was disappointing. read more

Went in for a living will and yes they had everything legal you could need such as divorce papers, deeds, trust , apartment lease, car sale ,and the like. Being a small business times are changing and so is the way I handle and do things. I mail out catalogs once a year and now due to the nature of business I used to send out over 1000 a year and this year I only needed 200. So I bought a new printer and going to make my own catalog. I originally bought a binding machine and spiral binders my catalog is 22 pages front and back then 2 covers a front and back. Turns out the spiral binders will be over a $1.00 more to send due to the binding. I enter this home depot and explain to the lady that I would like to buy a heavy duty stapler but I was worried about how it would look if the staples were uneven. I spoke with the manager Gloria and she stated that none of the staples had an adjustable back so that I can push the pages in and be sure that each staple was the same distance from the edge of paper. I asked her is there any other way to bind these without the use of plastic spiral binding and keep it somewhat uniform and professional. She said no then walked away. I took 2 minutes to look at their heavy duty staplers (they only had about 5) and found one that indeed had an adjustable piece to allow for uniformity in staple placement. Sorry, a manager should either know their product or take the time to actually LOOK at the only 5 items on the shelf and try to help a customer rather than just say no and walk off. read more

Wonderful customer service. The manager Bilal was kind and extremely knowledgeable. I came in for a new office chair and he was able to quickly get me setup with a fantastic chair. He described all of the chairs in stock and helped me pick out the best one for me and my needs. He also explained to me the importance of the warranty and how valuable (more importantly how easy) it is. I was there today for a photo copy. There were people standing in front of the copy machine and it was obious they were having problems understanding how to operate them. Next to them was and Office Depot employee ignoring them, later his excuse was that he was trying to fix some machine although he was having a celular conversation, someone call him. I tried to help one of the costumers standing helpless in front of the photocopier and at the same time address the employee on his celular, his excuse was that he was busy upon i insisting his answer was: can your head understand what i just explained. Another customer waiting on line intervene and complaining to the employees his behaviour and harsh comment. The manager by the name of Bruce intervene and told the costumer and I to leave the store or otherwise he was going to call the police plus some unwise observation like: the machine is more important . In which I said, why is more important? His answer was: because it make money for us. My reply was,costumer also give money to you. A simple announcement either written or verbal to justify their incompetence in dealing with there particular way of solving their circumstances would help everybody. By the way the lady that was there, and OD employee was neither very happy when a simple and possible ignorant question was ask to her, but that's another story. t read more

Good selection and good prices when on sale. However, I consider it to be unethical to add charges and hope the customer doesn't notice. I realize extended protection plans are incredibly profitable, but automatically adding them? Does the system do that, or does the cashier do that? Nice quiet store in morning and large selection of clearance items and self shop is great. I asked for some help from several employees. This is not the store you go to for any help. One example is that I asked for a specific size posterboard and they did not have. I asked for colored masking tape. I was told they only have duct tape. I knew that was very different. I often use the printing department because quite frankly it's very convenient for me and they do printing. However often times I am not satisfied at all. Employees don't really seem to care. Either the pricing is incorrect or they cannot find my work or I do not get the original copy back or the lack of enthusiasm of an employee makes me feel like I shouldn't be there. :-( The employees on the floor are pretty helpful though. read more

The level of customer service at Office Depot is at an all time low. I stopped in to fax a few documents and was told it's now self service. These are commercial fax machines with no instructions, just figure it out. Did I mention the price went up? So now I'm doing all of the work without even instructions and the price goes up? No thank you, I will not ever go to that store again. read more

This is a small store. They do have all the main stuff you need. They got your printer ink and paper. Not a lot of choices on new printers or computers. Also not a lot of office furniture. That's probably cause it aint a very big store. With that being said I like the store. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They do have the different color printer paper. I can't get that at wal-mart. That's the reason I will keep going back. The parking lot is huge. They are in a big plaza. read more

Out of 10 times I had to go to do something for my business they got it right once. Took them weeks to get something done. When it was done nobody called to inform me. One of the managers is a total Smart ass. The last time I went they try to charge me for something I did myself. I hate going there I hate it will all my soul. I'm very disappointed that there's not a Staples around. Even the other Office depot off of Lake Worth is hell. Love this Office Depot location! They go above and beyond to help me get in and out. I highly recommend emailing them any files before you arrive so you can just pick up. The line can get long with people needing to fax or do a small task. They're great about letting me know when my prints are ready by responding via email or CALLING me. Yes, they take time out of their day to touch base. The only thing I can't stand about this place is that everyone from okeechobee and the lake worth locations come to this store. The lake worth store sucks so I know why this location gets super busy during lunch. Overall, great customer service and good quality prints! read more
