It was also 6:30 peak time when everyone gets off work to head to the store so there shouldn't be any surprise for a wait. Even when it was higher velocity, Rebecca was able to help me handle my package and aid other customers with ease, she was super sweet and would make me want to come back again to shop and use the shipping/printing services. Who ever runs this Office Depot should look into getting her a raise for her patience and ambiguity especially with the rude customer annoying everyone around her. I was here 2/24/26 around 6pm.

I see the difference in the amount of inventory they keep in stock as well as the employees' desire, or lack of to assist customers, for example, me. They used to be so friendly here, I don't know what happened. I went to their Boca location, and that store had it all; inventory and excellent sales associates providing great customer service. I live locally, and I am all about convenience, so of course, I will be coming back here. I just wish they would provide better customer service like they used to do. I wish they would be better about their inventory running low on so many items. I know all about chain supply issues, but as I found out yesterday, the Boca store has it all, both exceptional customer service and a nice supply of inventory. I believe Boca has two locations. The one I visited is West on Glades Rd near the turnpike. This store isn't bad, but they can do better. I mean, they used to be wonderful. Another service person stood by ignoring me. When I was finally served after close to an hour the person said the one picture I was trying to print had to be emailed never explaining how or why. She moved the picture to email I had no idea what to do with it. When I tried to print it it was cut off. When I tried to get help I was told the orientation could not be changed and would have to go through the whole process again while the de service person completely ignored me. My recommendation would be to stay clear of this business.

While I understand the process of printing orders when I attempted to address my concern about the printing process, Ashley responded in a way that I found to be unhelpful and discourteous. Rather than attempting to resolve the situation, the interaction felt dismissive and lacked the level of professionalism I would expect from someone in a management position. As a customer, I value respectful communication and a willingness to assist when issues arise. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling frustrated and dismissed as a customer. I am bringing this matter to your attention in hopes that it can be reviewed and addressed appropriately. I needed to help the staff figure out how to operate the printer, and I had to help hand-staple 55 presentations. The price was outrageous (23 cents per page). I found out that other shops nearby were machine-stapled, 7-9 cents per page. I could not get the manager/owner/franchisee to call back after many attempts. Do not give them your money.

He seemed new and didn't know what he was doing! The recipient never received the item, and 2 weeks later it came back in mail marked more postage was owed!! I did not have receipt so couldn't go back and prove it! I went back figuring another person would do a better job, and he didn't ! He tried to charge me too much and I had to tell him to give me priority mail charge. Saved $10!! Now I look at my receipt and he didn't give me the separate tracking number. I do have one less than a mile from my home, but I rather drive all the way to Delray and visit Pak it Tight. The staff is very friendly and they are always willing to help you safe money by giving you options for your packages. Plus sometimes they will even pack it for you. On busy seasons the line might be near the door but they are fast, efficient that you don't feel you are waiting. Sometimes to get a great service we need to go a little farther and support local places.

I was on the phone with HP for 2 hours trying to get my computer to start and they were unable to do so. I called Adam and he spent about a half hour on the phone with me discussing possible issues and solutions. He then asked me to come in to the store. Adam got my computer starting in about 1 minute!! Further, he demonstrated what a gentleman he is as he would not charge me for the service.
