You simply put your credit card into the machine and each copy you print or scan is debited from your card. The process is quick and easy. The best part is you don't have to interact with anyone. When I finally received them, the cards were defective. I went to the store expecting this to be handled quickly and professionally. Instead, I was told that because I had used a coupon when I originally placed the order, they would not honor the same discount when reprinting the defective cards. I explained very clearly: I am not asking for a new discount. I am asking you to fix a defective product that you produced. Why should I have to pay more because Office Depot made the mistake? That's when I asked to speak with the manager, Zach. Honestly, I was shocked by how clueless and unhelpful he was throughout the entire conversation. He didn't seem to understand the basic reason I was there, even after I explained the situation multiple times. As the manager, I expected him to take ownership of the problem, investigate what happened, and find a reasonable solution. Instead, there was essentially no effort to help. No real explanation, no attempt to find an alternative, and no indication that he understood the frustration of making a customer wait two weeks only to receive a defective product. What was most frustrating was that I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. I simply wanted Office Depot to correct its own mistake. Zach's approach made it feel like the problem was somehow mine to deal with. A manager should know how to handle situations like this and, at minimum, make an effort to resolve a legitimate customer complaint. Unfortunately, Zach demonstrated very poor customer service and a complete lack of ownership. After this experience, I have very little confidence in using Office Depot for my business printing needs again. Waiting two weeks for defective cards is frustrating enough. Having a manager who doesn't seem to understand why you're there makes the experience even worse.

Another service person stood by ignoring me. When I was finally served after close to an hour the person said the one picture I was trying to print had to be emailed never explaining how or why. She moved the picture to email I had no idea what to do with it. When I tried to print it it was cut off. When I tried to get help I was told the orientation could not be changed and would have to go through the whole process again while the de service person completely ignored me. My recommendation would be to stay clear of this business.

I needed to help the staff figure out how to operate the printer, and I had to help hand-staple 55 presentations. The price was outrageous (23 cents per page). I found out that other shops nearby were machine-stapled, 7-9 cents per page. I could not get the manager/owner/franchisee to call back after many attempts. Do not give them your money.

I was on the phone with HP for 2 hours trying to get my computer to start and they were unable to do so. I called Adam and he spent about a half hour on the phone with me discussing possible issues and solutions. He then asked me to come in to the store. Adam got my computer starting in about 1 minute!! Further, he demonstrated what a gentleman he is as he would not charge me for the service.
