It was also 6:30 peak time when everyone gets off work to head to the store so there shouldn't be any surprise for a wait. Even when it was higher velocity, Rebecca was able to help me handle my package and aid other customers with ease, she was super sweet and would make me want to come back again to shop and use the shipping/printing services. Who ever runs this Office Depot should look into getting her a raise for her patience and ambiguity especially with the rude customer annoying everyone around her. I was here 2/24/26 around 6pm.

She moved the picture to email I had no idea what to do with it. When I tried to print it it was cut off. When I tried to get help I was told the orientation could not be changed and would have to go through the whole process again while the de service person completely ignored me. Rather than attempting to resolve the situation, the interaction felt dismissive and lacked the level of professionalism I would expect from someone in a management position. As a customer, I value respectful communication and a willingness to assist when issues arise. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling frustrated and dismissed as a customer. Sonny and Carolina could not have been more patient and kind to my boyfriend and I. Sonny went beyond what I would expect of anyone to ensure that I was getting a fair price on freight shipping after we determined my package was too large for traditional shipping. Sonny also helped me ship multiple other awkwardly shaped and heavy packages and took the time to make sure that I was able to get everything done all while still making time to assist others so they wouldn't have to wait too long. I would recommend Sonny and Carolina to anyone, yes they will admit they move a little slower but they were kind to everyone who was kind to them. I personally observed multiple people who walked in rude and were granted a graciousness that they did not deserve.

I do have one less than a mile from my home, but I rather drive all the way to Delray and visit Pak it Tight. The staff is very friendly and they are always willing to help you safe money by giving you options for your packages. Plus sometimes they will even pack it for you. On busy seasons the line might be near the door but they are fast, efficient that you don't feel you are waiting. Sometimes to get a great service we need to go a little farther and support local places.
