Brett said he would have something for me the following week. When I didn't hear from him I called and he said he would try to get on it. After 3 more weekly phone calls and empty promises I gave up and quit calling. I never did get a proof. Out of curiosity in late October I called Brett and told him I had brought in my business card to be reprinted in June with a sample and the changes I wante made and asked if he had done anything on it. He finally found my information and sent me a proof on November 3 with the original information of the card with the old phone numbers and address. I responded the same day with the original changes I had requested in June. On November 8 I emailed Brett asking if he had anything on the business cards and received no reply. It is now November 16. He has constantly promised to get on it tomorrow, or next week or whenever. I'm still waiting. Absolutely the worst printing company I've ever encountered. Too bad because they come over as trusting and conscientious. And they were recommended by a good friend.

Beforehand I did all my research and was well aware that I met all requirements to "jump" the phone. The Manager of the store told me we would owe $280 to jump. He said I could sell the phone to pay off the balance etc. I was confused so I went to the Fort Collins store and was told I could jump the phone and was done in 15 min with no out of pocket or hassle. So this month I got a iPad, I did all my research and knew it could be used with my service and all it needed was a sim card. I decided to go into this store once again for a second chance perhaps the manager was misinformed. I was told by an employee that the iPad was locked and I had to go back to the original provider to have it unlocked. This is a iPad mini2 which comes unlocked from the factory, I explained to her and asked if she could put a sim into it to test it. She reluctantly did and I saw the sim work. She quickly pulled it out and said "nope its locked", then proceeded to tell me I could trade it in and purchase one that would work that day. I told her no thanks and she was very rude to us after that. Once again I went up to the store on Harmony and College. The employee there was great and confused as to why someone would tell me that. We were out with a new sim and ipad in 15min with little expense. I am appalled by the business practice here at this store. The staff is extremely rude, they treat you as a small lost child and look down on the customer. The stench of arrogance, ignorance fills the room met with rude and combative customer service. Ace was really wonderful about allowing my girl scouts to arrange booths with them. The manager was super easy to work with and flexible. It is great to have these local stores that will support other local opportunities! When I was there selling cookies with girl scouts i did go in and peruse a little bit after the sale was done and picked up a few items to show support back at them. They had a nice variety of items even energy bars or trail mix as I recall. That was some of the stuff i am pretty sure i picked up. The staff was super friendly! The store was clean and organized.
