All of the negative reviews of this location are spot on! I legit spent an hour in this store with only 1 customer ahead of me. This was in the print shop! A guy kept walking around with the most uncaring look on his face and when a lady asked for help printing he was extremely rude to her. He appeared to be a manager. After standing in line for 20 minutes, I asked the lady if there was anyone else that could help me. She said, "No. There's no one else. And actually I'm not even supposed to be back here. I'm helping. We do need more people but they refuse to pay"! If I didn't need my order that day I would have left and found somewhere else. The service here is so unacceptable. This is the 2nd time I've received horrible service at this location. I won't be returning and I'm calling the corporate office! read more

I came in for a return, which was a breeze with my receipt. The transaction was so fast and easy. The store is clean. The workers are nice and friendly. There is plenty of parking and the copy center folks are experts at what they do. I print a lot at the Office Max and Depot locations. Their service is consistent! I give this location a thumbs up! read more

How does a paper store run out of paper when paper is its business? That's been my experience twice at this location. I went to have a picture enlarged. They informed me they were out of poster paper, could not use blueprints paper and banner paper was very expensive. Finally the second manager was consulted and I was sent to another Office Depot. read more

well just when i didn't think it could get any worse at this office depot store i was wrong. i had budinesd cards done at this store this year and the employees told me that my design would be in their system for future re-prints. well thats if they input my phone number to connect it with that print order. lucky me..they did not do that so now ill have to start all over. read more

Horrible customer service!! I went in today to return twi binders and a pack of sheet protectors i bought Monday, not realizing my husband bought he same items from Walmart (for much cheaper) w/o my knowledge. The cashier (believe his name was Bagghio) looked at me w/o speaking or greeting. He proceeded to carefully examine the items and asked me if i had opened the pack if sheet protectors. The package was sealed with a glue strip but he easily pulled it open. Then he began counting the sheet protectors...as if i would take dome from packsge! I was mortified! He offered no e explanation or apology after he realized they were all accounted for. Then he looked at the binders, opened it, rubbing his finger over certain areas as if i used it?? He made me feel like a criminal and embarrassed me in front of everyone! read more

this Office Depot sucks. firstly they only have two print self service printers, their copy and print sept has no help, they do not put a limit on the number of printouts you can make. we spent an hour and 20 mins to print two pages. ridiculous! read more

Seemed small for an Office Depot but the store was nice enough, well lit, clean, etc. Seems to be plenty of employees willing to help, though all I needed was poster-board. Sad part was having to buy a five pack, they don't sell individual sheets. The checkout woman seemed to really want to help me find a black Friday deal, I'm guessing the place was slow. Absolutely TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I go in on a regular basis and use the printing services. Today, I emailed my documents and called the store to give them a heads up. They proceeded to tell me that the one person that could work the printing area went home early. (at least 2 hours early as it was 4pm when I called). I thought I could simply go in and try to print myself. At 5:15pm I arrived at the store and went straight to the printers. The employee standing there seemed to be in a bad mood as every question I asked her seemed to irritate her. The file I had was too large to send in those particular printers. She still stood there with the "oh well" attitude and clearly not wanting to help. I then asked if there was Manager in the store and she replied, "yes, me!" SOOOO.....you're a Manager, I'm holding paper I just purchased in your store, and you can't help me print 11 pages??? I asked her that and she said, "If I do that for you, I'll have to do it for everyone else". It was now 5:45pm, they close at 6pm, and there were "maybe" 5 people in the store....not one wanting printing services. She could CARE LESS!! I asked what he name was and she said, "Diana". I'm not a fan of one worker in the printing section. Wee been standing in line for more than 20 minutes just to pick up some prints. They need to create a method where you can just pickup with a quick verification you are the authorized person. I can't believe this. Let's get better Office Depot! read more

If you like to be ripped off, this is the prefect place for you. So I went to this place yesterday, they have Brother L2315 printer "on sale" for $119.99. And they sell TN-660 tone for $78, something like that. Guess what, I brought exact same printer at Walmart(which is less than a mile away) for $89.99, and it's not even labeled on sale. I also find the same tone at Best Buy for $53.99. Great Job! Office Depot, for ripping people off! read more

On Black Friday, we waited 20 minutes just to get checked out. 2 people were helping 1 customer while the "manager" saw us and continued to look busy. Went in tonight to make some color copies for work. They have 3 copiers; 2 black and white, the other color. Guess which one was broke. They are not marked, so I asked the person about color copies, she just said it was broke and didn't offer up any other options. Thank goodness for FedEx Kinkos down the street. I won't be back to this OD. Overall OD customer service has diminished. Too bad. Must be why they've been bought out. read more

Had to get a bunch of shredding done. This shredder can only do about 20 pages at a time but doesn't overheat like the home office ones. Nice to know they do have this service. Takes about 30 per "file box" full. read more

I called in to ask if they had a labeler and the lady said yes but we sell them in a pack and i asked then how much are they and she replied what kind do i want? Think about it... Theyre the ones with the computer so they can look it up!!! I dont know which ones they have!!! I asked repeatedly how much they were and she yelled which ones do yoh want? They have plenty of employees in the store, wandering around and looking busy, but can't get help. We were going to buy an office desk, but one guy saw us but didn't ask if we needed help. Another we stopped to ask for help but it never arrived. We decided to leave and we will instead find what we need online. Customer service has gone out the window, which is why most people just buy online. read more

Absolutely Positively will not be back to this location. Although it is the closest location to my home. The print Print Service Manager Caleb Perry is RUDE. He has horrible customer service skills. And will tell you that "he's had it up to here" for being busy all day. What does that have to do with me getting my prints not sure. But, he SUCKS and Office Depot should fire his sassy Ass. But, the MOD Averlia was very helpful in completing what I needed done. read more

First, let me say the store was clean and well organized. The young lady that checked me out was very polite. However, I really didn't care for the manager's approach. He came off a little rude when he told me the store was closed while I was shopping. Instead of having to approach the customers and being rude about the closing time, make an announcement over the store's PA system and let them all know next time. I'm not quite sure if I'll be coming back to this Office Depot. read more
