Talked to Bruce who was extremely helpful and not pushy at all. Fast forward, a couple of weeks later, I went in to ask about a printer. Again Bruce was very helpful and I purchased a Canon printer from Impress. Took it home and could not get the printer drivers to interface with old desktop. Went to what I believed to be Canon's website (yes, I typed in their site info) for help and somehow got a pop up of a help screen. I stated my problem and they asked for my phone number to better assist me. I hate to admit that I was scammed. I let them take control of my computer to see if they could correct the issue. When it failed for them, they offered to refund me. They wanted for me to go to my bank account to see if the refund had been posted. It was then, a light bulb came on in my head and I thought, I have been scammed. Fortunately, I had logged them out twice. I immediately went to bank and told my story, changed account password just in case. I don't keep account password info in my computer. I went straight to Impress computer with my old desktop and Bruce helped me again. I Bought another refurbished desktop and is having them move data from old to new after they have gone in and removed any viruses that may have been added by the scammers. One quick note. I know we do not like it when they tell us it will take a week or two to get our computers back to us, but we need to give them some slack. They are doing their best to do it right. A small business trying to accommodate a bunch of folks. All Impress folks that I have dealt with have been extremely friendly and accommodating to me. I didn't mean to write a novel.

He told me he needed to keep it for several days while he waited for a "specially made" replacement part from the manufacturer, and charged me hundreds of dollars for the repair. When I got the laptop back, the screen technically worked, but the graphics quality was noticeably worse. Everything looked gray and washed out, whereas the original screen was sharp, vibrant, and had much better color. I checked the computer's work log and found that the replacement screen had actually been installed less than an hour after I originally dropped the laptop off. That made his story about needing several days to wait for a special manufacturer part extremely concerning. It appeared that a generic screen he already had in the office was used instead. I paid hundreds of dollars based on what I was told about the repair and the part being ordered. Finding out afterward that the work log told a very different story was incredibly frustrating. Be very careful and ask questions about exactly what parts are being installed and when. I would not recommend this experience.

Went in to get a quote, i was told the technician wasn't there but i could leave my apple watch with them to give to him that day and he will get back to me by the end of the day with a quote. 3 days later i still didn't get an answer. I called and no one answered, instead i rec'd a text back telling me they're still "working on it". I brought my watch in for hardware issues (the front face popped off, which was indicated on my form they asked me to fill out). I didn't get an update or quote on the watch until the 4th day. I was told there was a "motherboard issue" and it would cost $159 + tax to fix my 5 series apple watch!!! I told them I didn't want to move forward. Then when I looked at how long it would take for me to get a new one, I thought about forking over the money to fix it. Finally, I decided not to and would go pick it up. **HERE'S WHERE IT GOES LEFT.** I walk in while on a business call and tell the lady behind the counter (a postal worker because this business is located inside a postal store) and tell her, "I'm here to pick up my apple watch". She says, "I will help you when you're off the phone and you walk over here" and she walked over to another part of the counter. I went to the part of the counter i was helped when I dropped the watch off, but ok. Mind you, no one was in the store but me and her. Then she asked me my name, i told her it could be either my first or middle name (i didn't remember what I wrote) but they're both my names. She calls the tech, then I text the tech (mind you i told him I was coming in to pick it up). She said she knew nothing about it and needed to confirm with him, fine. Then she keeps asking him my name but my name is on the form. I repeat MY FULL NAME while the paper is in her hand and she's hiding it. She then asks me for ID. By this time, she and I spoke to the tech and he confirmed it was me. I gave her my ENTIRE NAME and She still demanded ID to give me back my VERY BROKEN watch. I showed her my name on my money app, she REFUSED TO LOOK AT IT. I get my id from the car, I show her my ID she tries to grab it (ABSOLULTY NOT). I lay it on the counter, still in my fingers THEN SHE TRIES TO TAKE A PICTURE OF MY ID WITH HER PERSONAL CELL PHONE. "ABSOLUTELY NOT" i said. "YOU WILL NOT TAKE A PICTURE OF MY ID!! He just told you it was my watch and I just told you my entire name, I showed you my name on my money app, you refused to look at it". Then i showed her my id again and pointed it out "LOOK MY WHOLE NAME IS ON MY ID WHICH MATCHES THE FORM, that's enough. She ignored me and still didn't look. I then had to pay a $25 + TAX FOR A DIAGNOSTIC FEE via a money app???. Again, I had a HARDWARE problem and i was billed for a software diagnostic. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. The postal people are rude and the tech will not be there or answer your calls. I told the tech I would be leaving a review because of that lady's behavior and he asked what happened. I tried to call him to update him and he didn't pick up my call. I blocked him and WILL NEVER BE BACK AT THIS LOCATION FOR ANY BUSINESS WHATSOEVER.
