I am absolutely appalled and deeply confused by the unprofessional and frankly bizarre behavior I just experienced at your store. I walked in simply to mail a package, and the Manager--a woman with red hair who refused to identify herself when asked--treated me with blatant disrespect for no reason. She asked me what a "Sunshade" was. Not once, not twice, but three times. Who in any professional setting doesn't know what a sunshade is? It's a common item made of plastic and mesh. I politely told her it wasn't on her hazardous list, and when I started to explain that it goes on a Jeep, she cuts me off to claim that I insulted her. Excuse me? She asked the question; I was simply answering it. Following this absurd interaction, she outright refused to mail my package and told me to take my business elsewhere. And honestly? I would be fine with that, if this were the first time I had set foot in an Office Depot. But it isn't. I am a frequent shopper, as I sell on eBay, so "frequent" means a significant amount of business. I have never met a more disrespectful and rude person at any location. Wow! Rude AF woman working in FedEx Office. I walked in to ship a box. She saw me and barked in a condescending manner, "That box is too big and we don't do QR codes because we're a Office Depot and not FedEx!" Well the giant FedEx signs all over, could've fooled anyone. Mind you, I hadn't said a word and there was another customer in line hearing this. She continued spitting her venom, "There's a location at blah blah intersection and blah blah intersection." I tried to maintain decorum and asked, "You don't happen to have an address handy?" She snapped, "I'm not a GPS!". Wow, lady...You do not deserve a job in customer service. You should be working somewhere that requires no contact with other human beings. I will NOT be using this Office Depot EVER AGAIN! That's not an empty threat. I used to love Pizza Hut and they gave me a really bad customer service experience about 14 years ago and I have not ever eaten pizza hut again. #FAFO I highly recommend that if you need FedEx service, you take your business elsewhere. Went to the location on Craig and MLK Blvd today 8/28/2025 about an hour ago at 4:45 p.m. Talk about a "ghost place." Two customers, one female cashier, one male employee at the Copy/Fax service desk and one manager who you would never believe was a manager. I was in the office desk area looking at chairs. No employee around, so I went in the back where their inventory is stored and saw "no one." I went to the female cashier to inquire about help, when a heavy set white woman who I know now by the name of Destiny decided to assist me after I requested she do so. She walked back to the desks and I was asking about one chair that would not recline back to it's original position. She pointed to a lever and said that was the lever to bring it back up. I tried it and it did nothing. She then said it was probably broke since it was the floor model. I then asked where were the lever to raise it up and down. She pointed to two levers on the right and left side of the chair. I tried them and again, the chair stayed in its' original position. She again said it was probably broke since it was the "floor model." I asked her "why would you have a broken chair out on the floor if it was not functional?" She was rude and said, "I just work here." I actually thought she was a customer from the local Trailer Park by the way she was dressed. Very unprofessional. A tank top and looked like some pajama pants. I said, "I'll go to Ashley's Furniture" where I purchased my couch and love seat. She sarcastically said, "ok, have a good evening." I have been to this store twice today. I've spent over $300 on print orders. While waiting for the copier, I went to grab a box of pens. The lady working the print counter wouldn't check me out and had me to stand in a line at the register. The young probably 16 year old male cashier was nice and even tho his register was having issues and had to switch to another, kept a great attitude. They was busy as usual, however I was greeted by Michelle the minute I walked in the door ( sure that's what most csr is supposed to do) but her greeting was intentional, warm and with a purpose! It was not forceful, she was kind, she had a smile which most individuals are missing these days . While she was assisting me another customer in self service started screaming for assistance . She called for back up and assured him someone was on the way. However; he wanted service immediately; she never lost her composure! She was amazing just reassuring someone would be there very shortly in which they were ( about 15-20 seconds). Talk about service on demand and 5 ! My associate and I had an immediate business IT-related parts need while working late last night. I went online, and I saw that the Office Depot on Craig Road in North Las Vegas had the items we needed. That store was 10min away from the office we were working in. Shoot, it's 7.52pm!! We had to jump in the car...follow the speed limit, park and get in the door before they closed at 8pm. At 7.58pm we are in the door, and the staff was great. Tanisha helped us, and even though the cash register software crashed, she did a creative work around, so we could pay, and get back to the office to start an overnight data transfer process. I ordered an item online from the Office Depot website. I needed to return the item because it didn't work. I went to the Office Depot on. 1435 B Craig rd. I felt like a tennis ball because I was batted back and forth between phone Customer Service and in store management. Let me correct that... it was the "District Manager" who was so problematic. He made sure to let me know he was the "District Manager" several times. Over the phone the Customer Service Rep. told me to take the item to the store for my refund. The "District Manager" kept telling me he did not care what I was told over the phone because I was probably talking to someone in another country anyway. He went on to tell me of someone who had driven from miles and miles away who had received poor "advice" from the phone reps. But, when I said, "I'm sorry you have so many other customers who have had bad experiences with your company, but I am one customer who needs your help now" some people in line laughed. Then the District Manager explained he could not give me a refund because his computer showed I already had received a refund. I explained the people on the phone could not give me a refund until I returned the item and that was why I was in the store to return the item. And that they said the store would give me the refund ONLY when the item was returned. This was a horrible experience. I finally got the refund because so many people were standing around and watching this horrible treatment. I would not recommend this store to anyone for anything. Beware I say. I wrote this review on their website, but I know it will never get published because of the pop up review writing guidelines I got. I have never seen this type of thing before where pop up guidelines on the review page tells you to "refrain from writing about customer service, instead contact us if you have issues requiring immediate attention". This only tells me they KNOW they have horrible customer service but they choose do do nothing about it. People need to know about this experience so they can choose to stay away from this store. read more

Pretty bad service at this location. Went in for tech support for my laptop. Appeared to have 2 associates working. Went to the tech support checkin desk and waited. 5-6 customers came I'm and were serviced at the one open register. The associate working the register had to go in past me to get some thing for the customer he was assisting. No acknowledgement, eye contact at all. Finally another associate came by with a customer and asked how I was. I did not realize he was a associate; he wore no store identification. I have to give it to Office Depot. They are a truly dying breed of a retailer in a particular niche market that has largely been devoured by the Internet, Staples, and stealing from work (with the latter probably being their biggest competitor). Office Depot manages to survive offering select business services like laminating, faxing, and photocopies for those that don't have a job that offers these things for free. They also offer a large selection of overpriced office supplies for those who don't want or can't wait for Amazon to deliver their items at about a 50% price reduction. My daughter is about to start school and she wanted to get some drawings laminated. As this is one of those unique situations where my work doesn't have a laminator nor did I want to wait for some online service, we took a trip to Office Depot. There once was an Office Max in this shopping center I believe, but it closed at some point. We had 3 items laminated. Total came to just shy of $10. Yikes. Pretty pricey, but it made her happy so whatever. I took a look around and was surprised at how many people were there. Clearly, most people there were not there to shop for office supplies or anything. They were there for business services. The aisles were all empty and the place looked like it was staffed with a total of 3 people. Brick and mortar retail is a hard hit industry due to modern Internet shopping and few industries in retail are harder hit than the office supply places. Walmart, Staples, and Amazon pretty much own this market and once WM starts offering laminating services, I really see no reason to ever go to Office Depot again. Sad but true. read more

But basically, the employees, in this store, all year, of 2022, have been okaying it, to tell all the customers, to use the copy machine. There's a long line, of frustrated people, trying to use their debit cards, that take a $5 minimum, and trying to use store retail cards, that the store will give you, instead of printing your material. Lately, I've been walking, into Quick Care, State Farm, and Allstate, by my house, plus I asked the neighbor, one day, to fax, for me. The store, on Rainbow and Lake Mead, will print your items, the old fashioned way, in a heartbeat, with a smile. It's just this Craig Road and Martin Luther King Blvd store, with the funky freaking attitude problem, galore, that continuously, has set it's standards, to giving each customer a problem. As, far as, the employee, with the funky attitude, I mentioned, earlier this year, I go to the store, to handle official legitimate important business, and I be' praying and hoping, that employee isn't there, and then I always see that employee, and I know, to leave the store, immediately, because whatever I need done, that employee won't do it. And, like I said, it's not just me, and it's embarrassingly horrible, to see that many old people, staring, at the copy machine, confused, after going, to Office Depot. Horrible lack of service. There were only four people in this large store other than the three employees this morning. All of them were waiting to print out documents. I needed to print something out. I got ZERO help. In fact, I was told to wait in line by one unsmiling employee and later another unsmiling employee told me other printers had been available. I am disabled. Standing causes me a great deal of pain. I had planned to buy a printer while I was there to replace the one that died this morning. I'll be buying a printer from Amazon instead. This conveniently located Office Depot is in the same shopping plaza as an Arby's and a 99¢ Only store that is often worth a visit for irresistibly priced bargains. A Home Depot is also nearby, just a bit further east down Craig Road. I will occasionally stop by this office supply store to stock up on inkjet printer cartridges and paper whenever I am running low and don't have the time to wait for an online order to arrive. However, most of my office supplies are ordered online nowadays.
