I had to print 1 page. I emailed it before I walked into the store as inside signal is bad. I walked in but still had to sign in. There was nobody around yet I had to wait. I then paid 16 cents. Lol staples gave me a 1 page print, within seconds of walking in, for free just 2 days ago as they were so friendly and said it's pointless to charge me for a single paper. Everybody here was super attentive and professional they greeted me from the very beginning, which you know I loved. They asked if I needed any help finding anything, which I did I needed a new shedder for the at home office. I was able to find one that I really liked and it wasn't over budget. I also got the 3 year warranty so if it breaks down I'm able to replace for a new one down the line. The only thing I would like to see them improve on would be better cleaning of the store, there was dust on shelves. read more

1435 W Craig Rd is a terrible Office Depot. I went there at 9:45am and no customers in line, and the clerk still told me to use the self printer. What are they paid for? A job where they tell customers to do the work themselves? At an Office Depot in a different part of town, the clerk just shook their head when I told them about the non-service, and happily printed my order. Stay away from the Craig location, unless you're a master of the self printers; because no one is going to help you. read more

After looking all over town for specific items needed for project at work, finally found it of all places were office supplies are! I thought I could find what I was looking for in the discount centers, but ended up here anyway, after all the time, gas and frustration, should have stopped by here first. Prices are a bit high but simple note cards, dividers and stuff like that, but at least they had it all! They offer a discount savings card, if you buy a lot, it's worth it, but my few in frequent projects, not sure it would save me much. We did purchase a bargain here when my hubby and I went looking for a small size camera. My father had gotten one and after we played with his, knew it was handy size. Large, clean, and organized store with staff who don't mind showing you exactly where your items are. Needed tiny binder rings for a project and found binders on my own, but the rings were in another section altogether. Staff at front desk seemed to be in a good mood. Have had a business account with this company for years with various jobs, and the pricing here (particularly for bulk orders) is competitive, and was happy to see other items priced lower than at the nearby Michaels (spray adhesive, rubber cement). I don't think I'd ever buy electronics here, but they have them. Wasn't clear whether this location has the full-service printing department that others boast- usually it's a separate counter but didn't see that here. read more

I just got my weekly flyer and they had the new Nikon Coolpix camera from the Ashton Kutcher commericals for $109. So I thought I'd stop by and spoil myself a little for Christmas and get me a new cool digital camera. When I walked in the door they were right there to assist me so it was gonna be a short trip, I like that. In & out. Well they were OUT of the advertised one but for $99 I got the Nikon Coolpix L18. A little bigger and none of those cool features. Its a good little camera but I was disappointed I didn't get the other one I wanted. read more

I wanted to give a shout out to the staff at the Office Depot on Charleston and Decatur. The are friendly, fast as they can be and they really know their stuff. Most of my experience at this store has been at the copy center where they have gone out of their way to help me on more than one occasion. While standing in line I have also been witness to how they have helped all kinds of people with anything from a simple copy to much more complex printing issues. I have been grateful for the knowledgeable staff on more than one occasion. They have walked me though some very complex printing issues with patience, kindness, and professionalism that I have really appreciated. Hands down to management you can tell the employees are comfortable at their place of employ, it shows. read more

3 stars cause everyone is really nice and helpful from the moment you walk in. There was someone by the door who greeted me and directed me to the location of where I needed to find my thumb tack. Which was really nice. But the only thing I think they should work on is maybe training the employees to work faster on cashing people out, cause I had to wait 10 min in line when there was only 1 person ahead of me. I saw that the people ahead didn't have much to purchase. so I didn't know why it took so long to cash them. Plus I think their AC wasn't working cause it was really hot in the store so I was trying to get out as fast as possible. But overall all the employees are very nice and helpful read more

Don't go to this ghetto Office Depot. The store is dirty and the customer service is horrible. I stood in line for 15 minutes while one person worked the printing area. He didn't even acknowledge my presence the whole time. Not to say it will be just a moment, no eye contact, nothing. Finally a girl comes to help him out and all she says is, "What do you need today?". No hi, hello, thanks for your patience. Just, "what do you need?". Then for whatever reason she says they didn't receive my email with the file to print. It takes me just 30 seconds to resend the email but she decides to help someone else and now I have to wait for her to finish this persons 10 minute job. While I'm waiting, the first person working the print area finishes up, but then doesn't offer to help me, he just starts playing with a file on his computer. What a joke! This Office Depot has terrible customer service. There are a lot of associates in the store, but the service is super slow. Most of the associates are unfriendly and unhelpful. I went in today to buy a few pages of resume grade paper from the copy center. The associate who waited on me, waited on someone else first that was behind me in line. When I gave her my request, she got out regular paper and put it in a bag. I said that's not the type of paper I requested. She said that she didn't have any more of that type of paper. The associate that was managing that copy center said that he would not be getting any more of that type of paper until a week from today. Then he has the audacity to tell me that he has it in stock if I want to buy a box of 100 sheets. He clearly contradicted himself, trying to make a sale of about 30 bucks. I just needed 4 sheets. He said that I could always go check another store if I just wanted 4 sheets. I had to go to the Office Depot at Rainbow and Lake Meade. They were super nice and friendly and were able to give me my request! Don't go to the Office Depot at Charleston and Decatur. It's not worth your time or money to be treated so poorly. That store needs a new manager. One who trains their employees to have decent customer service and to actually care about their business. read more
