It's 1:00pm on Thursday September 19th 2024. I went there for a TSA pre check application. This maybe a me problem or a them problem, not sure which. Anyway, I thought after reading the instructions on the TSA web site, that you could file the application online and save time or fill out the application on site, which could take a bit longer. Seeing that I needed to go to the physical site anyway, I went to Office Depot. When I got there I was told very politely that they only did TSA processing with an appointment and after filling out the application online. Not a big deal. Just that if it's a them problem, they just correct the TSA web site instructions. If it's a me problem I need to be more careful following instructions. The store has a lot of free parking and is very clean and bright. There seems to be a shortage of people working. I did have to wait a bit to find someone to help me. The store was not very busy, but workers were all busy when I got there. When I did find someone to help me, they were very friendly and helpful. It's a nice place to shop. I did walk around the store for a bit and found it to be clean and orderly. The cashier was also very friendly and helpful. read more

Just left Office Depot. Asked for help in purchasing a product and a person with purple nail polish said he/she didn't think there was someone available to help me. I tried this location in a final attempt, same problem...until BRYCE offered to be of assistance to me. Went in to grab one thing, they did close in about 10 minutes. I was going to be quick, no one was even in the store and doors were locked. I had an incident there yesterday where I waited in line after FIVE people and there were only two copy machines working. A lady came in when the person in front of me finished and she cut in line. I went up to her and told her that the line was behind me and that I was next and she said that she was after that lady and wasn't moving. I bumped her with my butt to scoot her away and she yelled, don't touch me! Don't touch me! I then thought she wasn't worth going to jail over so i called the employee and told her what was going on and she said it was first come first served. I said well, I was first so what are you going to do about it? She looked at the lady and said NOTHING. Turned back to me and said I can print your documents for you. I said great! For the same price as this copier right? She said NO. I asked for the manager, then, the employee proceeds to help THE LADY with the copy machine. I asked for security she said we don't have any. I felt so disrespected and disregarded. They don't care about their customers and allow us to endure and even encouraged this type of behavior by their actions. Office Depot - Rude lady and employee who does nothing - Office Equipment Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

This place is a joke. Customer service is worse than anyplace I've been. The website has instructions on returns & exchanges. You can return items with or without a receipt. Yay. Go to the store for a refund with the receipt- uh oh, no, they (this store) won't issue you a refund unless you have the card you paid with. (They won't issue store credit or do an exchange either.) ‍ Website says NOTHING about needing the card you paid with. Website also says no receipt, no problem. You just need to provide a government issued ID. I went back in without a receipt and they denied me a return, exchange or store credit AGAIN. The cashier said it's because he knows I have the receipt. So I asked him, can I go to another cashier, (unfortunately there weren't any) or do I have to go to another store and get a refund without a receipt? Cashier says yes. ?????!!!!! So returners: Receipt = NO refund w/out card, NO exchange, NO store credit No Receipt = refund or store credit Make this make sense! This location was the least helpful & worst customer service. read more

What can I say. Tonight exceeded my expectations. I needed to come get supplies for my job. They had everything I needed and then some. There were alot of items that were on sale which made it alot more affordable as I'm setting up a new office, and I have a semi- budget. The store was in great condition. Shelves fully stocked and the employees were very friendly. When you have great customer service it makes you want to come back to that establishment. Location is convenient 95/ Lake Mead. Hi everyone This is vegas Fletch override the office depot on 2170 North rainbow boulevard. I stopped in to get a number of supplies I needed and Jay I believe he may be a manager saw me and asked if I needed help and he did answer my questions pretty quickly and get me up to the counter there and he was already waiting on the customer so after he was done with that then he helped me. It was very efficient and I give him 5 stars today Jay. If you get a chance stop Uber there and say hi to Jay and tell him you saw my have a lot of good stuff over there and they will take care of your needs for your office supplies or your home. read more

Though this location is closest to me, I usually travel a bit further to Centennial Hills or Boca Park. I find that many of the employees at this location are clueless in office or computer supples and have truly horrid customer service and public relations skills. Unless you know exactly what you want, get it and pay for it, you're likely to be belittled, forced to hear complaints, or made to feel like a bother. A consistently frustrating experience almost every time I visit this location. read more

I hate coming in this place. Since the OD/OM merger guess what... prices went up and selection went down. Stores close earlier. Came in today to make copies. Before the merger a copy was 9 cents and now its 14 cents. Oh and out of three cooy machines, THREE are not working. *** UPDATE... 2 months after my first post the copy machines are STILL broken! Was shopping for folders, a folder box, and a binder. I was shocked to see how expensive office supplies were.....$10.99 for 100 manila folders, $9.99 for a box, and $8.99 for a 1 1/2" binder! Damn! Despite my perception of high prices, it was a pleasant shopping experience. The store is well organized and I found what I was looking for within minutes & without assistance. I am UTTERLY appalled at the service received this evening. I came in to mail off documents waited in line for 20 plus minutes while the gentleman helped another customer. There was clearly technical issues the rep was literally doing the best he could with the customer ahead of me... meanwhile you have a manager walking around a EMPTY store FAKE price checking walking in circles and the other rep at the door to greet customers (that aren't coming in) and dancing and singing to himself. I went to Office Depot to buy a portable wireless printer for my company. The young man who assisted me went to get the printer, then took it too his manager to hold it until I paid for it. I asked if Office Depot typically treats all of their customers like criminals and he laughed at me and said "yes, I guess we do". Not only would I like a personal apology from that young man, but his manager as well. There are many more options besides Office Depot for office supplies. Ordered prints (a simple 5 page document, double sided) on Saturday at around 2. Was told my order would be ready around 8pm and that someone would let me know when it was done...nope. Had to call back THE NEXT DAY to check on my order and the print shop person was not even there. Was told my order wasn't there by a team member with a horrible attitude. The staff here is great so I wanted to write up a quick bitty shoutout to CeeCee, Elijah and Sam. They have good customer service, but also are funny and don't take themselves so seriously which to me is a great thing. I don't know what does it with office supply stores but most places seem to have staff that hate their life and really don't care. I have a Office Depot literally the next stoplight down from our house, but we went to this one by mom in laws and rolled with it since the staff here is so much nicer. So kudos for still having your character and sanity. Hahaha. In seriousness, I prefer going to places that have friendly staff... not enough places with a personal, "mom and pop" approach so kudos for bringing that to a corporate chain. We got two L shaped frosted glass to make our giant U shaped computer and music mecca on sale and the two come under $200. That's cheaper than most desks and we got TWO desks at that price!
