Great company! Great technicians! Great service! Couldn't do my job without them! Their Technician steven is the best!

AIS sells their contracts and doesn't tell you who to. They also don't let you terminate even when you have a right to.

THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM!! We have a contract for a couple of printers, with a service agreement, and have been charged repeatedly for service. I have waited over 7 months for a service ticket to be fulfilled and it has not been completed, to this day! Yet, I have been charged for them to send out multiple techs who say that some random work was completed, nothing of which I asked for! I have been begging for a buyout invoice just to get away from this joke of a company, and I can't even get that!!! David B., Lynnae G., and Choka W. will take weeks to reply to an email, if they even take the time to reply at all - and the reply will never include an actual solution. The sales rep does a great job selling this place and all of its promises, but as soon as that contract is signed *poof* every promise disappears and all bets are off. I am writing this review with the hope of saving someone else from an absolute waste of time and money, caused by complete incompetence and a lack of an ounce of professionalism from AIS. read more

Not Recommended, very low-quality company the sales team is frustrating and their help desk is exceptionally rude their products weren't even fully programed before they were delivered. Shoddy work of a misrun company, would stay away. read more

well cant say to much because i never switched over to aist im thankful to have meet the outside sales manager steve bless his heart i believe he has saved me not only thousands of dollars but alot of headaches in turning me away from signing a contract with this company after hearing the problems customers have had to deal with i decided i was gonna stick to what im used to they dont have a very good rap for taking care of customers once you sign that contract they just want to take more and more of your money and you will end up being sorry you gave them your buissness they are not what they are made up to be once you sign that contract it doesnt mean anything to them but to cost you more money read more

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with READ THE CONTRACT never sign. If your printer is under contract with them they are under no obligation to give you a functioning machine you can never never give it back if it doesn't work. Mine has not worked for 1 year they still aren't fixing it read more

I can't say enough good things about AIS. They take very good care of our Kyocera copiers. Our Digital Product Specialist, Sergio Cervantes is very responsive to our needs. Each month, we print 1000 copies of our 16 page newsletter. The Kyocera does an amazing job but there can be issues with such a big job. The minute I email Sergio, he is on it. Whether it's calibrating the machine or coming in to clear out a mysterious paper jam. If he can't make it right away, he will let me know when he can come by. I would highly recommend AIS and hope that you get Sergio as a technician. read more

This is the worst company ever. If you're thinking about doing business with them, save yourself some frustration and time and find someone else. I have had years of experience with this company because this was the company my former boss used. If you pay their unreasonable service agreement fee, you might get some service. Otherwise, be prepared to pay for every little thing. We ended our contract two years ago because they were trying to overcharge us even though we had a service agreement. Fast forward to today, the same copier we bought from them stopped working and I was naive enough to call AIS to give them my business. I was proposed an on-site service call but the representative suggested a better solution, which is to remote in to resolve the problem, at a third of the on-site service cost. I agreed to it. An hour later, I got a call from them asking for my credit card information charging me the on-site service. I told them that's incorrect. Their excuse is, we have to charge you for the on-site because the issue will unlikely to be resolved by remote in and will likely be a full hour. What???! I will never use this company ever again and advise against them. read more

We will be leaving this company the absolute second our contract expires. If we could sooner we most definitely would. The Kyocera equipment they use is junk and their customer service is a joke. Everything printed on one of the printers is so curled up it looks like the old thermal fax paper. Their solution: Turn the paper over! What? Isn't this 2016? Of course turning the paper over has zero effect on it. You could not get two things to come out the same color on the color printer if your life depended on it. I cannot stress strongly enough to stay away from this sorry excuse for a company!! read more

Very limited customer service! Has the client doing all the work instead of making the process seamless. Robert "Bob" Wurzelbacher is your typical sales person, aggressive, but WEAK and SILENT on customer service. He does not return emails or acknowledge them. This is not the way to conduct business. I am happy with their 3D Printing. They seem to be expanding in this area and host events like 3D Printing Day! They have experience building 3D parts and selling 3D Printing machines. Getting material quickly is also a big plus! At their showroom you can get a 3D Me character at their photo booth which is really a fun experience. read more
