Kinda grubby overall, like a KMart, but less exciting since there are no "blue light" specials here. I got what I needed to get done, done. But, I felt like the employees were strictly instructed to not give any help help to self service clients who needed to fax, copy or scan something. I drove 27 miles to this OfficeMax, one way. When I arrived 10 minutes early, the employees told me the person who does this left for the day. I was told to come back at 12:30 when the guy who did those appointments would be in. The manager. Michael. This same thing happened to my friend months ago. They clearly do not care about appointments and have made no changes to ensure someone is there for the TSA appointments. Very frustrating! Worst customer service and extremely slow. FedEx should be based somewhere else they are getting a bad name for this terrible service. UPS never treats people like they do at this location. I literally print my own stuff and wait at least 20 minutes in line to pay EVERY time I come here. And the kicker? There's rarely a line. I'm always the only one in line waiting lol. Went in to office Max/Office Depot yesterday and while we (mom and I) were there we were trying to figure out the printer to make copies. Their copy machines suck! They kept jamming and you have to continually load paper because it doesn't take more than like 15 pieces of paper on tray 5. This was the tray they told us to use. Two employees helped us. One girl was really helpful and the other one looked pissed and annoyed that we "didn't know what we were doing" even though we do the machine was what was giving us problems. Also, while I was there I had to use the bathroom soooo bad...as I went on an adventure to find the Loo I open the door it reeked like old smelly socks...and the toilets were DISGUSTING! I know this isn't a restaurant but it's not a gas station either. There was grossness on the back of the seat, on top of the seat, in the bowl, etc... I've used Office Depot for years to make prints of my artwork and for faxing documents. To briefly share my experience: I came in to print a PDF from an email and fax the document. While I was waiting, a staff member asked me to sign into a kiosk to wait in line. I thought it was over the top, but ok. It asked for my name and phone number. While I was being helped an elderly man was asked to sign in and he protested about his privacy, which is understandable just to print something. He stormed out of the store upset. The only reason why they get 2 stars and not one is that the service at the Copy & Print counter was friendly and efficient during my in store visit. However, I checked my email the next day and they sent me this message: "Hello Carey, Due to our new policies we need you to come in and prepay for your job before we start production. Thank you, Copy & Print" Why? I sent the document to print while standing at the counter. I signed into the absurd kiosk as requested. Moreover, I PAID THEM. I paid $4 to print and fax a two page document. What did I do wrong? This is harassment and I'll be taking my business elsewhere. I would recommend that choice to others. I'm disappointed. read more

I purchase a lap top the hard drive was not working properly. Had to purchase a another hard drive. The personnel is not cross-trained to assist in the copying section. Each time I went in only one person was working and there were people walking around doing other duties rather than assisting people who were waiting for service in this department. You have to check in before that they will assist you. Well there four times was I asked if I checked in each time I said yes within the earshot of the same person that asked me. I WOULD GIVE YOU BIG FAT NO STARS !!!! I called the Office Depot in the Spectrum Center, and I never got an answer. So I decided to drive there and ask my question regarding the printing process. When I walked in, I could not find an attendant, not even at the cash registers. I made my way towards the printing area, and an employee was sanding the entrance making so much noise that I could not hear when I asked another employee how the printing process works. It didn't matter because she pointed to the printing area and said to follow the instructions. She must have been at the end of her shift because a well-trained employee would have walked to the printer and walked me through the process. Only one person was faxing in front of me. I asked the person behind me for help, and honestly, she should work there because she had more customer service than anyone there. Only one printing machine was working, which later became an issue when more people requested printings. Remember that only one person was ahead of me, but she was taking forever because she had technical problems, and not one employee would come to her aid. I asked the one employee there, who pretended to look busy if she could print the rest of our papers. She stated Office Depot's policy is to only print in large quantities. At this point, I have been in the store for 1/2 hour. Finally, it is my turn, and there are at least eight people behind me waiting for me to finish when the only working machine stopped working! I had to yell at the guy sanding down the floor because he could not hear me, "Please help me!" (while onlookers are glaring at me, pissed off). The young girl working in the printing area was no help whatsoever as she pretended to look busy because she could see that people were getting upset. It showed she did not have any training. I thought to myself, how is this possible? There was one person in front of me, and I have been here for almost one hour, and I can't get a few papers printed. It wasn't until I started to voice my observation of the poor customer service and demanded the General Manager's phone number. Then I see employees rushing to assist me and the others, but it doesn't end here. It gets worse. All the people behind me run to the printing counter, and they all get assisted before me. I was at Office Depot for a total of 1 1/2 hours to print a few papers. I think it would have been better if I had just bought the ink for my printer at home and not have wasted my time. What a horrible experience, and I blame the Managers and General Managers because you are the people who train the employees, and if there is no supervision, well, there should. I had never seen such disorganization, poor customer service skills, and having an employee start to sand down the floor, making such noise during operable hours. I had this awful experience on 5/24/2021 at around 6:00 pm-7:30 pm. I will never run out of ink, and I will most certainly never step a foot in your store ever again. read more

I've been using this location for my business needs since 2012, so I can confidently leave them two stars without any guilt. No, I'm not a masochist...the convenience factor (location) just outweighs the petty annoyances, as frequent as they are. So...I used to use them for everything, including printing. The success rate of having the print job done on time and correctly was around 50%, so I eventually bought my own equipment. I figured out that shipping is free online as long as the order is over $50, so now that's what I do for office supplies. That just leaves me with shredding services. The bins are almost always full, though. Yesterday, I asked the sales associate when they would be emptied. She mumbled, "I don't know...go ask so-and-so." No thanks...I guess I'll buy my own professional shredding equipment, too. I'm open to any recommendations! read more

After they tell you that they don't have what you just picked from display, then you realize that it is all misplaced, under wrong prices. A total mess for something that should be simple. Absolutely do not use this location for printing services. The employee is rude, arrogant and condescending. She behaves as if anyone asking for a print job is uneducated and ignorant. I was treated this way by her and then watched as 3 other people were also given the lecture about how their job would be below average. A few things but I'm extremely disappointed in the service I received on Friday night and also Saturday just to get some copies. I have use this location several years and never have I been so disappointed in the service. I went in Friday night it was three minutes before closing however yelp says they close at 9:00 PM so I thought I had enough time. There were two or three associates camped out right in front of the door and one of the ladies approach me and immediately asked me if they could help me with something instead of that they close in three minutes. I don't care when you're close I'm a customer and I am paying and have been paying for the past seven years.I have purchased the only copy and print services but also printers and laptops in addition to supplies for the last seven years and I don't expect to be treated this way just because you want to get out at a certain time. If the doors are open you are there to serve. I've been returned the next day to get copies and the machines were so hot that they need to cool down and I could not get my copies made I stood there for about 24 minutes and still couldn't get them done. Bad customer service! I bought a computer from them.. had a problem... called the store for the computer makers customer service phone number and told they didn't have a phone number for them. I asked how they could sell the product but not have the number and the guy said 'we don't have any reason to call them'. Very snotty attitude.
