I have been in a 3 week phone battle to get a technician to my home to fix my cameras (which have been down for far longer than comfortable), my smoke detector (they sent me a new one after my first one had a malfunction ((the new one won't connect to my panel))), and my panel (which didn't even alert that my front door was opened when someone broke in). That's right! After playing phone tag to ask for a technician (which they never gave me the option of), someone broke into my house while my family was asleep. All of a sudden, after the break in, they are willing to schedule a technician, but get this: for a $100 fee... I have not only trusted Vivint with my family's safety, but my mother and father's safety too. For them to not even care that they failed me is one thing but to try to BLAME ME FOR NOT FIXING THEIR EQUIPMENT MYSELF should be illegal.
