I was looking for Christmas stamps. It showed this store had them online. I went in to get them, the person in the business center told me they DID have them and checked me out. After I paid she said oh we don't have Christmas stamps. So needless to say I'm mad. She should've checked before telling me they did and speaking like she actually knew they did have them. I rarely shop at this store because it's always something screwed up every time I've ever bought anything there. This was my last time to ever step foot in this screwed up store. Walked in and accidentally bought the wrong thing. Didn't ask for a receipt. Walked out of the store and immediately turned around and asked to return it. They refused to accept my return due to not having a receipt, when I bought it 3 minutes prior. Will not be coming back to Office Depot. Scammed out of $70 read more

Just left Office Depot, got home and realized that the price in the store (for the items I bought) were higher than the website! I called the general support number...."Can't do anything to help" Called the manager ... "That's the way it is" Called corporate .... "We will take a report" So...if you want a 20% discount on the items you want...order them through the website and then pickup at store. For me, I will shop elsewhere. read more

If you can avoid wasting your energy at this place, by all means do it. Lazy and very condescending employees. Called about having 2 1 inch books spiral bound, was told that they were very slow, and if I came in by 2 I would get it done today. Drove to the store, then was told that they were "swamped" (as 3 employees were standing around with no one in the store) and that it would take 6+ hours to spiral bound the 2 inch thick books, and it wouldn't be done before noon tomorrow. I then asked if I could bring it in tomorrow around noon, and they said that they still wouldn't be able to get it done until at least mid-day the next day. If I could give Office Depot less than 1 star I would. Every time I come in I am astounded at how unprofessional and non-motivated the employees are to do literally anything. read more

This Office Depot is seriously understaffed. You see alot of employees meandering about but this place seriously lacks in customer service. If you come here, be prepared to wait or search for what you are looking for. Do not use the Fed Ex service here, you will be here for at least 90 minutes waiting. Bought ink for an HP Printer I purchased there. It wasn't the proper ink. I came to exchange it for the right ink but had not brought the receipt with me. They refused to EXCHANGE it for the right ink because 'ink is a high theft item'......I guess they were saying that I stole it. I didn't want a refund, genius! How many thieves come back to exchange their inks?Customer service is lost on these people. I spent a fair amount of money there as I own a printing business in town. It's on to Staples.com.....no more laptops, desktops, printers, inks, cases of paper, 1099 forms, pens, pencils....none of it. You guys just made an online shopper out of me, see ya. read more
