The staff if very knowledgable and helpful. The customers in this store can be challenging. I have seen examples of poor customer behavior and impatience very professionally managed by the staff. The staff is stretched thin at times, so everyone please be kind. Or apply to work there. read more

Next place to have a "going out of business" sign on it. You'd think with Amazon taking over the retail marketplace that these retailers would be training their employees to have EXCEPTIONAL customer service skills. But it's quite the opposite. I called to confirm that an item I found online which said was in stock at their location, was in fact at the store, as I am having my husband pick it up on his way home. The woman who answered said they do not have it. I asked if they have any others, didn't need to be that specific one. She said I am welcome to come in and shop the store. I informed her I have one car, which my husband has and I am going to be telling him where to pick this item up. She then had another girl in the background saying to shop online then. I asked if there was a manager willing to help me out and tell me if they have this type of product in stock at all, she said she is the manager, and the other girl then grabbed the phone and asked me for the item number again. I gave it to her, she then informed me for a second time that it's only in stock online. I mean............. It's truly unbelievable. read more

So Office Depot is right near me and so convenient but they are jacking their prices up so that if you go in the store and try to buy some thing they literally rang this up at $12.99. I have to prove it's available online for less and then they'll match it. Same thing happened last week with ink. FYI they will match Amazon prices too. But they are so short staffed and it's not worth the time to shop there plus that's still two dollars more than the average store. Pricing himself out of business in my opinion. read more

I guess if you ask the service that you need will be given. But the professionalism here is nil. One young man did help me with my printouts. But I did stand at a counter for at least a good 5-6 minutes before someone asked me if I needed help. If you Floridians love that type of service have at it. What sad is I think the manager was leaving for the day I was having a conversation with one of the associates while I was standing there. She was at the register, and the other associate was at the copy area. Still no acknowledgment. . read more

I did an online print order for an event I was preparing for-my invitations. I waited and waited. Everytime I check it, it's always delayed. Finally it arrived after more than month, and my event had already passed. I visited the store and told them about my issue and they didn't even consider it. They said they couldn't do anything about it. I was very unhappy with how they approached it. There was not even an effort to make up for what happened. Worst Office Depot ever, I've come here a few times thinking my experience will get better and it never does. It's always something w/ the people that work here, nasty attitudes, terrible customer service (this is coming from someone who works in customer service) Tonight I really needed to use the SELF PRINTER for an EMERGENCY, I've worked all day and thought I could make it before they close at 8. I arrive at 7:20 and instantly get yelled at that they're closed for some BS excuse because it's always a BS excuse here. What seemed like the "manager" said they're trying to get a minor out of the store and they don't have enough people to check anyone out??? I tried bargaining saying I just needed to print something I already had my code & didn't need any assistance bc it's a self check out process but nope. I turn around to leave and the manager sarcastically yells at me to fill out an application or find people so they can hire them LOL. As if I'd refer anyone to work for such a lousy store. Their excuse for closing 40 mins early didn't make any sense and this is on top of them ALWAYS being rude af. At this point this store needs to close because it being open is more of an inconvenience. I went up the street to Staples arriving at 7:35 and had no issues. The person who works at Office Depot on PGA Boulevard in Palm Beach Gardens is so rude and nasty and mean. Her name is Tameica Petgrave. She works in the department where the scanners and the copy machines are. I went to this Office Depot this past Saturday to scan something, and she would not help me. She rudely told me, "Follow the prompts, and figure it out yourself." I had no clue what to do as there were steps involved in scanning my documents. I asked for her help but she, once again, rudely said, "No. I am busy." Finally I sort of figured it out but my documents got jammed. I asked her to help me, and she sighed a long sigh and stomped over to help me unjam the scanner. When I got home, I noticed that nothing got scanned. If she would have helped me, maybe my documents would have scanned appropriately. Avoid this Office Depot at all costs, because Tameica Petgrave is an absolute nightmare. read more

And the hero of the day goes to Ron in this Office Depot! I don't do a lot of creative invitations anymore, but I did a fairly simple on for aSunday school party. From the minute I walked in, at 8:15, I was out in five minutes! He adjusted, printed, and cut for me. Total? $5. He did say however, that I was the perfect customer. I had the material on a jump drive, as well as my laptop for back up if needed. I won't hesitate using them again! Such a pleasure. I feel fortunate, and blessed. Busy supply store and a staff with a positive attitude. We had a simple purchase trying to use our professional discount card. The cashier knew the items do not take the discount card but he sought the guidance from a supervisor to be sure a discount could not be applied. It was a kind way for him to say no and both employees remained positive throughout the entire transaction. We left happy paying full price due to the service we received. read more

We spent over an hour here for ONE thing to be printed. Ron, the service tech, acted as if we were a huge burden and was extremely rude from the second we walked to the counter. Not sure of other employees name, but he was extremely helpful in helping me find items I needed. I walked in the store and no one acknowledge me at all, I was looking at office chairs and there was NO ONE to help, I had to go get this guy that checked to see who was available, and finally came with me so I can ask questions, no help really, no spirit, he acted like he was dead, no customer service at all...no wonder I shop online most of the time!!! grrrr don't recommend this place to shop if you expect someone to greet you and answer questions!!! read more
