We were replacing a printer that seen its day and we decided to search for a replacement on the internet for a laser printer at a favorable price. We were choosing Laser over Ink Jet because our printing requirements were minimal and an astute technical friend of ours stated that Laser was the better choice. We found on the internet a discounted Brothers Laser printer that met our requirements. Since we did not want to wait for the delivery of this printer from an on-line purchase we chose to visit a local Office Depot. The Office Depot sales person honored the on-line price providing that we could produce the website that noted the sale price, which we did. Other than knowing what exactly we wanted to purchase at the store, it would be difficult for us to determine if their staff was knowledgeable about the products they represented. Our sales person was lobbying us to buy other products such as paper, additional printer ink, and if we hung around long enough, maybe a winter cover for the printer. I presume it's their job to promote products to the customers and we had absolutely no problem with that persistence by the sales person. read more

At checkout I was greeted by an equally helpful and happy cashier, whom happened to be the Store Manager of 6 months. Too bad they aren't near my office (was traveling to a meeting), but if you're in the area, definitely stop in. read more

** I AM GIVING THIS OFFICE DEPOT 2 BECAUSE OF ONE OF THE MANAGERS ** I frequent this location often as I work from home and the location is very convenient. The staff is typically super nice and helpful. I went in two days ago to purchase some items. While I am standing in line I witness a man being very rude to his co-worker who was at the register trying to help many people at the same time. I felt bad for her and said sorry you have to deal with him and left. Went back in yesterday to experience, as a customer, the same rudeness from this man. Come to find out he is the manager!!!! This man was not only was rude to me but very loudly, as I am trying to return an item starts yelling at me. I was so embarrassed. The employee who was helping me apologized and said they always have issues with him. This is unacceptable behavior OFFICE DEPOT. I can't comprehend why this person, Devin, is a manager in your store and what assets he brings to your company. WARNING: Please don't try to return anything or speak to a manager while you are there. Better yet, just visit another location all together or buy online. read more

This Office Depot has an efficient curbside pick up system with only a couple minute wait after letting them know your in parking lot. They have great technical service and solution ideas for unusual problems. Seems they go the extra step in helping customers unlike some of the other large electronic stores. read more

I just want to let you know of the amazing staff you have at your Jupiter location (Office Depot). I accidentally left my wallet in your store last night. As one employee found it in the cart a customer was right behind him saying it was hers. Seemed legit since it happened so quickly. A few minutes later when I got there they said they found it and what happened. As I started ask about video and start to call the police, the one employee sternly walked up to a customer and demanded back the wallet. The woman was still in the store! The woman said she didn't have it and was appalled that she was being accused. I said I was going to call the police and let them sort this out. She immediately left the store. Needless to say, the police quickly apprehended her and recovered the wallet. I just want to say thank you for having great employees. I believe one was named Devon and the other was a young man cashier. If it wasn't for them being honest about what happened and speaking up and identifying the customer, I would have never recovered my wallet. It seems like today many employees would have never approached a customer and spoke sternly to them (he wasn't yelling, just stern) because everyone is afraid they may say the wrong thing---- however in this case the employee knew what he saw and wasn't going to put up with a theft. That one moment allowed me to quickly get the police involved to follow up. I am very grateful to these two amazing employees. read more

TERRIBLE. I went there today to make copies for a shower I'm throwing. The color printer was down so I told the attendant I'd do black and white. She then IGNORED me to work on a different copier for 15 minutes. I said "ma'am I'm ready" and she said okay but still never came over or told me there was an issue with the other copier. I left. Rude. If the copier is down just tell people and don't ignore them!! read more

Went with a SD to have a file printed. Two "techies" tried and said they couldn't pull up the drive. Well, I went to the UPS store in Tequesta and voila, file printed! How hard is that?!?!!! My recommendation, go to UPS or Fedex for easy service. read more

I am a frequent customer and the staff is helpful. I use the copy center regularly. At times they can be overwhelmed by the number of people walking in at once. However they remember me when I come in and have the ability to multi task to move orders along in a reasonable amount of time. read more
