My one 1/2 Star deduction was due to the slight disorganization of the store. Nevertheless, I do think I will be back and would recommend this place to others.

There is a clearance table in the rear of the room... I bought from the main items in the store and scored some napkins and plates for our impromptu soiree. Some items are pretty pricey but you are in an area that 'in theory' can afford the cost. There are now 10 Swoozie's locations including this one in Palm Beach Gardens. The store is well organized and has a lot of great gifts items, wrapping, greeting cards and stationary. Everything is invitingly displayed. I love their sweet Halloween decorations and they had an extensive selection of my favorite Scout bags. They had a Florida themed Scout bag that I had never seen before and fell in love with and honestly may have to go back for. They also carry games, children's items, home decor, and kitchen items. The inventory is brand name and can be very pricey. I was interested in a pillow featuring my daughter's college UCF and it was over $200! A decorative dish towel was a more affordable $15.They had many items I have not seen elsewhere and it was fun to explore this store with my girlfriends.

We walked in and there were two frames I absolutely loved, they were beach drift wood and framed, I said out loud " oh ! This would go perfect above my bedroom set that I purchased a week ago from RH. My family member said" oh ! I have a friend that makes something similar but for tables! She showed me a few pictures on her phone and jokingly said " I wonder if she could make something similar, she lifts her phone up, to take a pic, and I responded "no I actually LOVE these pieces ! I wonder if I could get two of the same piece to have four to fill my wall up! ". She said " oh ! Haha ok , ok , and I moved on looking for the pieces I originally came in for, (NO photo was taken ). At that very moment mind you we were NEVER welcomed in, No other customers in the store. Just the older gentleman working at this store . This gentleman fiercely rushes over and says with a short manner "no photos can be taken in the store" I responded with my soft voice " oh she didn't" with a smile , She was about to but she didn't. He responded " I find that hard to believe when her phone aimed at the light fixture and snap a shot and bought her hand down, as he was explaining with such a mean gesture and horrible attitude . He then continued to steer angrily at me directly as if I was lying and when I turned back he proceeded to share that my other person took a photo of some light fixture at the entrance.. funny thing was We never even looked at a light fixture, I said SIR! She did not, and it just became ridiculous. He proceeded to argue with me, never in my 39 years have I ever had anyone argue with me over something that could have gone smoother by saying ," ! HI ! Welcome in, just a kind reminder no photography of our store.. " I held my hands up palms out and said " Sir, clearly we are not welcomed here, we are leaving but she did not take any photos, quiet frankly this is gotten a bit absurd. He responded, "well yea ok I'll rewatch the footage of the cameras to verify If it's true.. ( I mean , how old are we ?? ) I laughed a bit because it was preposterous. My designer was there a few days ago working on a Large project for us on multiple Rooms and spoke to Shawn or maybe a Steven or both not sure on a name she gave me a large list of items to look at but we got opposite treatment. Not only were we practically forced out of this store on false accusation but I really felt discriminated, as if I couldn't afford anything in this store ( We can) . I know if I were Caucasian I am sure our treatment would have been different, clearly we were not welcomed. It felt like a pretty woman moment. A full pot at $7 or a half of pot at $5. We went with the half of pot which is for two people. It was enough for us both. If you come with any more than two people than get the full pot for only two dollars more. I thought the prices were good. They also have high tea options such as The Diana, The Kate, The Elizabeth, and The Charlotte (which is for kids 10 and under) these are priced per person at a bit of a higher cost but you get multiple things included in each one. I will list the menus down below. We were checked in on a lot and made sure we were content. The service was phenomenal I can't stress that enough! They also carry some very large items if you are looking for large terra cotta or exotic pots. Some really nice stuff! They also had bonsai's, ferns, brumiliads, and knick knack for the home. Great personalized service. The staff is super hands on! It's right next to Ford across from the train tracks. They also deliver and make some wonderful florist arrangements.
