They used to be near the French-Themed Café and personally I liked that location better, but there was probably a reason for their move. Overall, the store still had some nice items for gifting and decor. The prices were reasonable, given the area and uniqueness of the items. The employee was nice and somewhat helpful. My one 1/2 Star deduction was due to the slight disorganization of the store. Nevertheless, I do think I will be back and would recommend this place to others.

There was 1 lamp in an opened box (that was kind of beaten up). Finally found an associate, she said the store showed 2 in stock but she didn't know where we could find the 1nd one. Then went back to carpets. Again, showed in stock online. We searched and searched. An associate walked by us and did not return. Went up to check out, waited in line, showed the cashier the bar code and bin number and she went on the radio and called someone to meet us there. (Not sure why she couldn't look it up but...) We walked back to carpets and waited and waited. 10 minutes no one ever came and so we left. Told the cashier that no one came and she was irritated. Everyone complains that businesses are closing. Here is a good example. I was ready to spend a lot of money and NO ONE would help. We will most likely not go back.

After waiting eight weeks, it was delivered in the wrong color, and the fabric itself was defective and pilling. I went through the process again to select a new fabric, only for the replacement to arrive with two completely different couches; one correct and one entirely wrong. This level of error after months of delays is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of quality control. Unfortunately, this wasn't an isolated issue. Since purchasing multiple items for my home before moving in (I've been living here since October), I've consistently received defective or incorrect products. I've had the wrong sofa delivered twice, a dining table delivered three separate times with defects, and a recliner that arrived looking used with worn leather. What's even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication and follow-up. I've called multiple times asking for the manager, Alex, and sent emails to team members I previously worked with, but received no response. I was also promised follow-up from Dean, which never happened. After spending over $20,000, I still don't have what I originally ordered months later. At this point, I've lost all confidence in the company and am demanding a full refund. If this isn't resolved promptly, I will be disputing the charge with my credit card and continuing to share my experience publicly. Instead we spent countless hours combing through photograph after photograph. When pieces came in that were not to scale or the wrong dimensions, they refused to take them back. We just had to move them into spaces that they didn't belong. Now the pillows on our beds are ripping, the feathers are coming out on a daily basis. When the bedding was put on initially, it was taken out of bags and placed on the beds. It wasn't even steamed to get the wrinkles out. What should've been an incredible experience was an incredibly disappointing experience
