They broke stuff, were slow and tried to charge me an extra $3,500 when finally done. It took them like 14 hours and the drive from A to B was only 20 minutes (one trip). For the second move (March 2026), we used Best New and Used. They were amazing. Did it all (and it was much more by this point because we had added square footage and all the contents that go with it during the 2.5 years) in 4.5 hours. Literally GONE from the new location with all desks rebuilt and everything where we wanted it in less than five hours - at a better price!!!! Claudia and her team are the best. This big store at about 5:45 on a Tuesday only had two team members in site. Went in for 8 copies…read moreand to get those papers laminated. I was made to wait 15-20 minutes to receive service because the girl was helping another nice couple... fine... that can happen. She finished them up, rung me up. I was quoted 10 minutes and after 20 minutes inquired to my wait because she continually worked the counter next to her manager. The 10 minutes turned into 40 kids were waiting for dinner. I paid for 10 mil on 3 sheet, but instead received some BS line that something wasn't working after my long wait. I received the items untrimmed and had to do so myself. 1 hour and 10 minutes at a dead store to get 8 sheets printed and laminated... and it wasn't isolated to a random employee... the manager allowed this to happen. The girl working the counter was very nice, but unfortunately inefficient. Nice to apologize for the extra wait time to the couple before me, then apologized to me expecting that 20 minutes into my wait with no work started it was appropriate. The manager standing next to her tried to justify vs mitigate the issue. Also worth noting there was a third team member eventually who was hard to spot because he was wearing a brown leather jacket over his red work shirt. I mention, because during the initial wait period I was looking to pay for an additional item which was no apparent of efficient.

I did not do a whole lot of research on office furnishings prior and needed to get this done fast. Overall my experience was good, however getting the furnishings delivered was a bit disorganized . I had to call in a couple times to get the date figured out and it came down VERY close to the wire for me since I was vacating the old office and moving into the new one and needed furniture to avoid disruption in my business . Their moving truck was also broken for about a week or so (understandable) and deliveries were slowed as a result. That was a red flag to me since many customers were at the mercy of just one delivery truck .. I questioned as to why there was not a rental truck or Penske or Uhaul loaner they could have had to avoid being back logged. Being that delivering furniture appeared to be a significant part of their business. I know trucks at uhaul are fairly easy to get as I have rented several on moments notice many times In the end the truck was fixed and we were able to finally get the furnishings delivered. The delivery crew was professional and courteous. I leave very candid feedback so perhaps this last small criticism leaves me open to rebuttal, but I was a little surprised that delivery charges were added when you spend thousands of dollars on furnishings? I understand costs need to be covered but I thought that the amount extra was a bit steep to pay on top of everything else I just purchased.

I have been here a few times. It is a very convenient location and the store layout is typical…read morewhich makes it easy to find things. My biggest gripe is the printing area. The printers are almost always out of service and the staff there is useless, rude, and lacks accountability. I had a printing job submitted and I received a call which required me to come in to help explain to them what I wanted/what their website was telling them to do. The staff recommended i do it another way so I came back the next day and things were missing, tabs weren't labeled, and my double sided document became single sided making it 3-4in thick! The staff blamed me for not correcting them even though they recommended me to XYZ to remedy the issues, then the manager blamed the website saying they weren't even supposed to put tabs in it, and then they went back to blaming me for all the issues. I ended up walking out and told them i'm not paying $100+ for something that is messed up. The manager was upset that I didn't want to pay but I would highly recommend never pay upfront at this location until you see the product. If i paid beforehand i am almost certain they would have told me to deal with ut.
