If this is the location in Orchards WA I am extremely unhappy with my past 3 visits and will not be back. I would rather drive the the Hazel Dell location. They are better staffed, friendlier and they have never gotten my print wrong! Orchards often has the print area closed because of short staffing, and when they do have someone working they are trying to do too much and not really listening to the customers.. read more

Don't buy office furniture here. Extreme poor quality. "Leather" cracked after @ 2 years. Chair from Costco has held up much better.

I created custom photo Christmas cards online through Office Depot's website and selected "store pickup" when I was informed that it would take FIVE DAYS to print 30 cards. I thought that was a little silly given that the cards I'd designed featured only a single image. But you know what, it's Christmas, and things get nuts. It was my bad for waiting so long! Still... I was hoping the estimate was wrong. So I called the store and asked them what they thought. The super friendly guy who answered (sorry I didn't catch your name!) said that it definitely would NOT take them that long and that they hoped to get to my order either that night or the next morning. Lo and behold, only a few hours later I got a text stating it was DONE. I picked up the cards, the cashier was friendly, and the cards looked great. Fantastic quality for the price, too. 100% will visit this location again! read more

Both self service copiers on the fritz and the obvious solution offered by the clerk was full service printing, not her fault but a great example of corporate bait and switch... I'm certain the copiers will be fixed after the corporate profit margins are adequately stuff from gouging customers read more

Looks like a nice store, seemed pretty light on customers but the whole HD shopping center has always seemed to have a customer traffic problem. There about 6pm the Sep. 2nd. Not a whiz on pricing but seemed like well stocked. The minus was that one cashier only and she was in an endless tie up (seemed like 10 minutes) with a customer that really should ben routed to customer service, but fortunately a floor person bailed me out. read more

Owning a small business I visit Office Depot often. They are always helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable. During COVID there were some things out of stock and they directed me to a store that would have the items I needed. I appreciated the fact that they didn't ask me to wait until the item was back in stock at their store, but cared more about my needs and help me get what I needed ASAP! Awesome awesome awesome last minute service on multiple occasions. The Office Depot in orchards which is close to me, fails. All the time. So I call on this store and they step up every single time. Neede printer ink, checked website, price was $12.99. Wife went and bought it, price was $18.49. Called manager asked why the difference and was told she must not have asked for the price match. Why should a customer have to ask for a price match for something listed on YOUR website? Did go back and get the difference refunded but not playing that game again. We'll go elsewhere. read more

Called them ahead of time asking if I could print something from the Internet and they said I could. Once I got to the store there where no computer stations and the employee didn't know what I was talking about. Complete waste of a trip. read more

I absolutely did not realize my print order was not going to be ready until the next day. I went in day of placing the order and obviously it was not ready, however I asked if they would be able to complete the order that day and they said they would ! If I could give this Office Depot a minus 10, I'd do it. Terrible customer service! Staff have no training, and are age discriminatory. I went in to buy ink. I asked a teenaged looking employee where the ink was. She took out her phone and searched, standing in the aisle, for at least three minutes. I finally said, "Can't you just point me to the ink?" She said "Do you need a large cartridge or a small cartridge?" I said small. Then she searched her phone AGAIN! Unbelievable. I said. "Please just tell me where the ink is." She then pointed me to a wall behind the register. But when I got there, I was told, in a loud demeaning voice, in front of other customers, by another employee, that I was forbidden to even look at the ink without assistance. Really? Needless to say, I left the store and went elsewhere. Let me say this. My husband and I supplied both of our businesses with Office Depot products for 30 years. I will never go back to Office Depot now. It's run by teenagers who think they have the answers by checking their phones, taking my time, and talking down to me, a professional retired business owner. Oh lastly, my husband and I are photographers in our retirement. We buy A LOT of ink and other such supplies. It won't be from Office Depot! Done! read more

I have used the services for printing here several times and I have to say that Trusta is the most calm and patient person I've dealt with in a long while. I have been shopping at this Office Depot since it was built! I have almost always found what I needed. If I didn't find what I needed, they helped me find it at another store. I can also do business with them over the phone and on-line. Faxing information to the copy shop also works well when I can't get out of my office. They always have my copies, or whatever I needed, done on time. Great customer service all the time! I'm definitely a fan. read more

Currently dealing with the most ridiculous return policy I've ever encountered. The item was ordered in-store, purchased with cash at the register, and then delivered to the store. Upon receiving the item a week later, it turns out the associate ordered the wrong item. No problem right? Wrong. They wouldn't let me return it in store to get my cash back. I called the customer service line, spent over 30 minutes on the phone, was insulted by a rude manager who wouldn't stop talking over me, and was unable to comprehend how ridiculous this all is. If you pay for the item at the register, you should be able to get your money back from the same register. This location is terrible. read more
