The employees were very nice and the office was clean and set up very efficiently. It was easy to make an appointment.

My appointment was at noon. I was seen at 1230 and it only took 20 min. Very nice staff. I would recommend this place.

Wow! I've been to this location before today (1/16/25) and every one there has always been very professiional and helpful. But today was not the case. This guy did nothing but run his mouth from the time I was there until the Fedex driver came in (mind you I had a scheduled appointment and was NEVER assisted by this gentleman). Give me the red-headed gentlemen any day out of the week and the awesome lady that came from the back to not only greet me but also do the fingerprinting. I thanked her for greeting me and her professionalism. As for the other guy he sucks at customer service skills and may need to learn when to cut off a conversation when a client/customer enters a establishment that they work for... Customer Service Representative was not helpful. They wanted to rush me off the phone. I asked a question and was not given an answer. I was turn away from using the services by the representative. I tried to explain what services I needed. I was called being rude because I repeated the information that I needed. I was told to have a nice day and the call was disconnected by the representative. read more

I went to a mobile site in Jacksonville Florida on December 8th at 3:40pm to get my TSA Pre-Check completed. My cc was run two times as, the attendant said it didn't work the first time. I WAS charged two times for $85.00 each. I called on December 22nd to get this resolved, only to find that the trouble ticket was closed because they told me only one charge shows in THEIR system. I see on my cc it was charged on Dec. 9, 2021. I called again yesterday February 28th, only to learn they will get back to me. Unbelievable horrible customer service. TSA should look at who they hire to be "partners" or IDEMIA. Identogo, make this right with me! read more

Very unprofessional and unorganized. The website says you have to have an appointment in order to get fingerprinted, but staff at the site are saying they take customers on walk-in basis and don't go by appointment times. I arrived at 4:10 for my 4:20 appointment and was told there were 6 people in front of me. A customer came in shortly after and the staff announced to those of us in the waiting room that this customer had been here earlier in the day but hadn't brought her ID or paperwork, so now that she was back with her ID and paperwork they were going to let her go ahead of everybody else. The tech handling the fingerprinting used no hand sanitizer/hand hygiene between customers and would only change his gloves every 3-4 customers. One of the customers shared with a staff member about his career path, while the customer was getting fingerprinted the staff member asked the customer's family member about whether or not the customer was hiring or if he knew of anybody looking for an engineer and how he wanted to find a new job. Very unprofessional to try and ask customers and their family for their personal contact info so you can get an new job while at work and helping run background checks for people. read more
