It took much longer than I expected but my crystal regulator has never been happier. Highly recommended, just be patient.

First, take a look at the attached image of their customer reviews. Notice a common theme: "cheap"…read moreand "quick." "Expertise" is also hinted. Therefore, imagine my understandable great dismay and dissatisfaction when I brought in a common Casio PRO TREK to have its rechargeable battery replaced. The initial associate whom I'd handed the watch and described the issues (battery not holding a charge; ABC features causing recovery mode; no beeps; etc.) to was a moron. He cluelessly inspected the watch with a puzzled look and repeatedly asked about it features and the problems, then suggesting that I should leave it overnight. My fair interrogative inquiry to the idiot: "There've been many other customers coming in here for the same thing. Why are you acting like you've never done this before!?" That was when another employee (boss or manager?) came over with an attitude. However, this one did show proper knowledge and promptly, correctly diagnosed that my Casio should get a new battery installed, BUT would cost 75 fucking dollars(!) and take a few hours. Again, "read the numerous reviews" as I suggested to the second individual, who faslely argued the rechargeable battery for my watch cost more, while also stupidly implying that in all the years the shop had been operating--with many customers visiting--no one had ever brought in a watch with a rechargeable battery. So, having enough of the bullshit from the two dumbasses, I curtly left. Subsequently, I ordered a $15 rechargeable battery online, watched a 5-minute video, and proceeded to replace the battery and reset the watch myself. No pointless, useless watch repair shop necessary.

I got an estimate that was over my budget but wasn't charged for the work to check it out. Maybe I'll bring it back after a few months to have it worked on. The staff are pleasant and friendly and the interior is full of fun nutcrackers, clocks and watches. Mt Olympus is a neat little shop with unique products.

Visited last week for a battery replacement. The worker estimated 20 minutes, so I walked around…read morethe mall and returned to find my $150 watch in pieces! I asked the worker what happened and heard, "It was already like this." It most certainly was not in pieces when I handed it to them. An older gentleman worker seemed flustered with the situation and said, "There will be no charge today." So, I don't have to pay for having my watch broken? The gentleman then asked me to return the next day to pick it up. When I returned the next day the watch had been pieced together the best they could and it was obviously not working. I asked if they could at least fix what they broke and heard, "No, we can't fix it. It's not even an expensive watch." I was handed my broken watch and the gentleman simply shrugged. I was offered no restitution or compensation. I would highly recommend NOT patronizing this business.

Then a week later I get an unexpected call that he has lost it, but will let me know if he finds it. Fast forwards 5 months he still hasn't found it and offers to buy a replacement which I was out of town for a month so l wasn't able to meet with him. Fast forwards another 1 month I finally get a call that they have found it. It's February 20th of 2024 When I get there, the first thing I was greeted with " you got the money"? I simply told him wow, you expect me to pay after 7 months! He like yeah it fixed isn't it. he showed me the replacement necklace he got me which was the cheapest necklace ever, it felt like straight plastic and wasn't even remotely close to the necklace that I took to be fixed. I told him there's no way I was gonna pay him after 7 months btw it was only $45. And once I told him that he tried to make me also pay for the replacement. I wish I got a picture because it was not anything close to the one that he lost. Since I wasn't willing to pay, he just simply cut the peace that he replaced and handed it to me and said this is the finished. So basically after 7 months I got a necklace that wasn't even fixed. The part that made me mad as I was patient and was really calm about the situation. Would definitely will never go back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I am very happy witht the customer service I have received and will update this review should it get better or worse This place is scrupulous 100%. I first sent my 1986 timex to them a year ago to have it fixed. It had the battery compartment corroded and they said they could fix that. I mailed it in from California after seeing all these wonderful reviews. I paid them over 300$. They sent me back a watch that did not have my original face or back on it. I called them up and they somehow just happened to still have all my old peices and told me they would take care of putting it all back with my original pieces and send it back to me. I tought this was was very odd but sent my watch back anyways after this happened. Wehnit came back it was ticking odd and In a short period of time the watch stopped working and the time could not be changed as that peice they replaced was defective inside. Then they asked me to send it back again. I had them note that last time they kept my original pieces and that this time I did not want any further issues with the stealing my watch from me. I checked on my watch for a minimum of 5 months all the while they kept telling me they had yet to source the pieces to repair their error. Everytime we talked I reminded them of what they did last time and made sure all my original pieces came back on my watch. Well low and behold my watch just came back today and it is not even my watch. Obviously they could not fix their error and opted to just buy a cheap timex watch face and replace it on my band. The difference is striking and the size is not even the same. I kept photos of my original watch when I had first sent it to them and for them to do this to me was absolutely horrifying!!! I mean the only thing I mailed them that was mine that they mailed me back was the band the watch was attached to. I would NEVER do business with this place EVER!!! The first five photos are MY watch and the last two are the watch they sent me back!! Unless you are in their store and wait for your item and watch it be repaired I would NEVER TRUST this place!!! I will edit this if they address my problem in a timely and lawfully fair maner.
