The store opens irregularly, and doesn't adhere to the posted hours. The owner initially misspelled the sign we wanted, and offered to remake it. When we returned to pick up the corrected signage, the sizing was totally off. We asked for 3x10 and he made a 4x12 sign. Again, we called and asked him to correct it, and he said he would cut it down. From our understanding, cutting it down would alter the design. We told him we didn't want it anymore, and he told us to meet him at the store at 4:30pm and we could get a refund. We arrived on ahead of time, and he was not there. When he finally arrived he refused to issue a refund despite what he said over the phone. We ended up leaving the botched signage there, as it was of no use to us. Furthermore, he charged $50 for the sign, and my Father went and got the sign done at Office Max for $3. The owner has piss poor customer service, and doesn't believe in making sure the customer is satisfied with their product. I will NEVER return to Signarama. The strip mall is dead where it is located, and it's no surprise why this store is always empty. Save your money and go elsewhere. The sign said "Sistah's" which is the incorrect tense and spelling. This was a sentimental adornment for a garden my Mother created to honor her sister who passed away tragically last month. The owner's blasé attitude, and flippant responses to my Mother's request for a refund was uncalled for. I will continue to share her story and I will also be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.

Rather than reject the project, their art department made some adjustments to the design to avoid the issues and to make it better for screen printing. The final design was FAR better and bolder than the original design and exceeded every expectation!! When I forwarded the design to those who were supporting the project, their reaction was the same!! They LOEVED IT!! This is the third time I could write a 5-star review for Computer Solutions in Sunset Hill. The…read more1st time was years ago when I was living in the country taking care of a family member. My computer was having problems, and I couldn't leave home. Someone drove all the way to where I lived and repaired my computer in a single visit. I was so relieved since I really depended on my computer. The 2nd time was last year when a different computer (a very heavy 27" iMac) needed to go into the shop for repair. There's no way I could have carried the computer, so someone from Computer Solutions came and picked up the iMac and took it to the shop for repair and afterwards returned it. Again, such a relief! The 3rd time was last week. My computer had crashed, and not only was I facing the loss of my computer but, more importantly 10 years of precious data. I had conferred with Apple tech by phone, and they were unable to do anything. I brought my machine to Computer Solutions, and in a very short time they were able to repair my computer and thus preserve all of my data. It felt like a miracle, and I was thrilled. My special thanks to Michael who was so knowledgeable, friendly and reassuring. The cost of the repair was much less than I had anticipated and, best of all, my computer was up and running. What a great experience!
