I requested a hold at location and they acted like that was the first they heard of it when I went in to collect four days later. No clue where it might end up now. Avoid if at all possible. Hats off to Heather the the late night Saturday Crew. With less that 26 minutes to closing I stop here to get an emergency/ last minute job. I needed to print two enlargements that I had prepped and sent to a memory stick. Heather was fast and furious in getting them done for me, since they were to be present at a funeral display. I had only found out about it late on Saturday, and the two photos were delivered to me. I did post work and Heather made the rest happen, and finished with a foam core backer. My mom sent me a big box, which arrived the first day of my vacation. When I got home, the house sitter had a stack of "attempted delivery" notices. Since I was not around to sign for the box, I would have to retrieve it myself. I discovered that the process for creating a FedEx account isn't too difficult, and after ten minutes, I'd clicked and typed enough to have the box sent and held for me at the Fairview Heights store. I printed my first round of flyers here, not only was it cost effective they did a great job. The lady at the counter even complimented my flyer for my business. I ordered my print job of 125 flyers cut in half at 11am and had it finished with a phone call letting me know my order was finished at about 3:30. Fast ans effecient :) I will use them over and over. It is so nice to upload your project and order everything online. read more

As inspired by my good friend Kristin Anita, my first post will be about the shithole that is Kinko's. I gave it 2 stars only because I went in there once around 8 pm and not only were they totally competent, they were super friendly and gave me my paper cutting for free. Then I went in a second time. With my wedding invitations. I already had one friend warn me of their cutting skills (they completely ruined her wedding invites and had to reimburse her for the paper), but after the first amazing experience, I was consumed by the convenience of Kinko's. My other option was to have the invites cut by a guy I didn't know at all other than the brief 2 minutes I met him while I picked up the paper from him. Kinko's sucks. I dropped my invitations off at 2pm and was told to give them until 5. To my dismay, the awesome manager and paper cutter guy who helped me with my first great Kinko's experience were not working. So I hesitantly left my wedding invitations with a woman who seemed hesitant to understand how I wanted them cut. After dropping them off and on my way to pick them up, I was talking with Kis and she mentioned how badly she hated Kinko's too and how they always screw everything up. Needless to say, I was sweating a little bit when I went in to pick up my invites. They hadn't been touched. With my order sheet on top of them, I had waited 3 hours to wait another 15 minutes while they cut them while I waited. Kinko's blows. A friend of mine works as a sales rep for office printing supplies and he said, "Never give anything important to Kinko's. They hire people at minimum wage who don't know what they're doing. Take it to a print shop." read more

I don't know why I keep going back to this place. Maybe because I keep thinking I have a "small" job so they're is no way they can make it a cluster. Wrong. The service sucks. Every time I go in, I need things like 10 copies and I'm there for 45 minutes? With one person ahead of me? And get to listen to one of the employees talk about how they need to go on break soon the whole time. Lovely. I don't have enough patience for this location. read more

This location has been very useful and is the closest fedex office print & Ship near me. About a 20 minute drive. Every time I come in for a ship center my wait is not that long. I wonder if most of the people here have ever dealt with the post office. It's almost like complaining at Little Caesars when you have to wait 2 minutes for a fresh pizza out of the oven. Anyways the service reps on multiple occasions have come from behind the counter to assist me with faxing making copies and other tasks. I drop off packages frequently for work and they are always friendly and try to get me out quick when there is a line by asking if I need a receipt and letting me leave the package and going rather than waiting for no reason. I gave four stars because one time I did have a document shipped that never reached its location and that was one time I did not get a tracking number on the receipt. read more

He showed us how to do what we needed to do and checked on us to make sure we were all good. If I ever need anything printed I will be coming back to this place. read more

I've been to these guys several times and each and every time the folks working behind the counter are patient and polite as I bumble my way through the process of filling out the paperwork to ship something. Sometimes it feels like filling out a loan application is easier, but these guys are pros at helping you make sure all your i's are dotted and t's are crossed. I don't use these guys but once in a great while, but if I have something that needs to go out via FedEx I have no doubt in my mind where I will be headed to take care of that. I've never done anything at this location but ship via FedEx, so I can't comment on the other services they provide, but the folks in charge of the shipping rock! read more

We ship often and this is the worst Fedex location. No one is ever in any sort of hurry here. There are always comments made about packaging the box from the same woman, yet we have never had any issue with a package not making it, it just isn't pretty looking because it has to be secured. On the last visit I made eye contact with a Justin who looked at me and walked away without even a hello, or someone will be right with you. It appeared he was about to get off so that took precedence over customer service. We waited and waited, although there were 4 people behind the counter. Someone finally gets to help and Justin is still logged into the computer so we have to wait for him to switch the lady to the terminal. I find this funny because has he just scanned our items when he saw me come in he would have been finished and have left the building if he would have helped me. No one seemed to know anything. Each trip just gets worse and more obnoxious, I wish there was a closer alternative. read more

Isn't it weird how one experience can just kill your entire feelings for a place? Before today, this location would have been three stars...nothing more, nothing less. It's your typical Kinkos/FedEx where they charge 11 cents for xerox copies, more if they're in color and where they have fax machines, paper cutters, shipping supplies, internet, and high tech copying abilities. I've been there many times as work makes me wade through a lot of paperwork. Customer service has ranged to being ignored, which is fine because I can use the copier and get in and out, to overannoyingly hovering. But it has never been presumptive and supply Nazi-ish as it was today. I have to send out several packets of paperwork to several people. They actually were due several days ago...but hey, I procrastinate, and there is such a thing as priority overnight that gets billed to my company, so if they're going to enable me.... I go in and head directly to the shipping envelopes. I figure I'd grab a couple, finish them off tonight, and then dump them in a dropbox on my way out and about tomorrow. So I'm perusing the available envelopes because it is quite a mess, and the customer service girl. Ronda, while she is wrapping someone else's shipping order, shouts over to me: "Hey, can I help you?" Me: It's okay. I'm just looking for an envelope. I need to send out a couple of packets. Ronda: WHAT? Me: I am LOOKING for an ENVELOPE! Ronda: OH. (sees that I have two in my hand). You can only have one. Me: What? Ronda: Well, yeah, we have people come in here all the time and take a couple and pretty soon we don't have any more. Me: (raised eyebrows). But I have packets for work. (and my mind is rushing: that's not my problem...you tell your higher ups you need more envelopes. And I have more than one to send out. And I want to use outside dropboxes.) Ronda: Is this with a company? Me: Yes. Ronda: Oh that's great. Because what you do is have your company call up FedEx and get those supplies delivered to you. Me: My company is in UTAH. Ronda: Well, so I don't want to make you mad or anything and lose your business so you can take two or three, but we are really only supposed to give out one. Me: Uh, ok. So I kind of roll my eyes at her and put one back. Yeah, you guys have definitely LOST that exorbitant business because I'll just send the one packet as an original and the other packets, I'll use my IPad, take pictures of my files, convert them into a pdf, and then send them out. They are open until 11 PM most days, and last priority overnight pickup is at 645 PM weekdays, 3 PM on Saturdays. read more

Came here to receive a fax because. ... Well because I just found out fax machines still exist and some companies continue to do business using them. I mean really!? Not going to mention what company I was dealing with that prefers to do business using antiquated technology when electronics mail is readily available, but Ally financial really needs to get on the ball. Enter FedEx Kinko's in the mix. I explain my situation and inform them I need to receive a fax. Cost $1.59 for the first page and $1.49 for each additional page. Really!? I think I saw a fax machine at a yard sale for $1 at one time. Maybe this cover the cost of keeping old technology operational. FedEx Kinko's the only reason I continue to do business with you is because I can bill directly to my corporate account. 2 Stars because one I did not like the tone used when I asked a simple question. Not friendly at all and two the cost for basic services in your store is ridiculous. read more

Two stars just for not being rude. Otherwise, the service offering is ridiculous. I went in to get some files printed from a USB stick, the lady behind the counter didn't seem to want to help and pointed me toward the self-service machines. There, another lady proceeded to show me how to use the machine and explain how they were there to be used when they were too busy to help (see the irony?). Given that helper couldn't make the machine It needed to do. So she took me to a computer that could customize my print options for $.30 a minute...... I told her I wasn't going to pay $.30 a minute to print files that could be done at the counter. So I went back to the counter to Stanolind it is now three people deep. When it was finally my turn [AGAIN], I told the clerk which files need to be printed and at what quantities. On of my files was 11x17, but I wanted it printed to fit 8.5x11. The guy told me there is a $5 resize charge!! I lost my mind, and took my memory stick and business elsewhere. 105 COLOR prints later, I walked out of OfficeMax satisfied. read more

The absolute worst service that I have ever experienced in my life, Rhonda and Steven. Management is not to be found he or she hides from any issues and is a complete coward. They make up policy to cover up their lies and mistakes and laziness. They checked in four of my packages only to leave them behind the counter, 5 days later I walked in the store to deliver another package and recognize my packages and when I asked the wallflower behind the counter she said they were headed back as unclaimed and that I would have to buy them at auction in San Francisco from FedEx. They would not allow me to take the packages because apparently once they are marked unclaimed then I can't take them. I had to have the Police Department intervene to get my Packages back. it took two hours of my life, 2500 dollars in goods and all of my patience. I would encourage anyone that represents this company to call me and I won't hold my breath. Avoid this place like the plague. read more
