The M and Y worked but of course, claimed to not be HP by the printer but whatever - we've come to expect that. Eventually the third C took my printer down 2 weeks after installing it. Infamous "Ink System Failure". 'So typical!' I think to myself and even my original HP carts and every reset to man can fix it. $699 printer down the drain I think. Well I brought it back to the shop and was informed by the new owner about this changeover. He agreed to take the time to check it out. 30 minutes later to my shock, he gets it working again and shows me the prior carts that were sold to me were all bogus carts missing their IC chip, eluding to this was one of the issues with the old owners and by looking at the prior reviews, seems to have been a pattern. I eventually left with a working printer and I feel much better now going back to get my ink from them again and suggest all to take a look at their products either for the first time, or again.

I came here last week and spoke to Maddie about doing an overnight shipping which cost close to $200. She was most helpful. I've always received great service until today. I noticed that this gentleman was present last week and was not very personable with other customers so I opted to wait for Maddie. Today when I walked in, Maddie was busy with another issue and the same gentleman who later told me his name was Jesus helped me and basically said it's five bucks to deal with this issue or you deal with it. I understand that a business needs to make money, but this literally would've only taken a few strips of tape and I've been coming here for well over a year because they are helpful with small situations and don't charge extra when it's something minor. Clearly things have changed with Jesus. It's not just the decision to charge me five dollars, but it was his attitude and manner in which he spoke with me which was unacceptable and I won't be returning, and I can't imagine I'm the only one with this opinion.

Next thing I knew a couple came in and this other staff member came out to help. He looks at me asks what I needed and then said that he can't do that. So I have to wait for the employee that's currently helping another individual. Unfortunately for me, the lady in front of me took a very long time. In that time, the line backed all the way out the door. I waited a good 30 minutes before I was helped. My process took probably about 5 minutes. The young lady that was helping me was friendly enough. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but this definitely wasn't it. I think because they are such a small store. They get very busy very quickly, and there really isn't any room for anyone to stand so the line backs up out the door. And unfortunately, when one customer brings in 30 packages to send back, it makes it difficult and a longer wait time for everyone else. Based on my service receivedand entire experience, I have to give this a 2.

We are a small company trying to compete with the big dogs and have benefited from several of Shamrock's Solutions. It started several years ago when we had an old copier that died. We had purchased that one but after evaluating owning vs. leasing, we went with leasing because of our heavy copying needs. We liked that we did not get pushed toward a lot of bells and whistles that we didn't need, instead they took the time to learn about our usage and sold us what we needed. Their IT and other technical resources have also been outstanding. It's hard to compete with big companies when you don't have a lot of research time available, and going down the wrong path can cost you a lot in delay time. We didn't know all of the tools out there nor did we know how they ranked. Shamrock helped us with all this information and thus saved us a lot of research as well as prevented us from taking roads that would dead-end. Our website was built better than we expected. Our email blasts have been in motion for a while. Bottom line, they have become part of our team and we have truly benefited from their business.

I let him know what was happening and explained that I was a small, lady run business and couldn't afford to be down days as that this was a working trip and I was flying home in 7 days. He completely understood my predicament and that time was of the essence. He asked for the make and model of my laptop and gave me a few options that would be the utmost convenient for me with minimal disruption to my work. The battery came in and unfortunately it wasn't a battery issue but that my laptop was well past it's prime and toast. Chase, an employee was incredibly helpful with answering all my questions on what type of laptop to purchase for my needs. He offered to remove any data needed off the laptop and also offered to dispose of my laptop. So yes, I didn't end up needing their services and yes, I am still leaving a 5 star review. They are truly a great company to work with.

OMS was the perfect fit. Cheryl answered the phone and after confirming they could service my specific models, she said they could send a technician to my home and told me the hourly rate and also that they didn't have a 2-hr service minimum or anything like that (which other places I called did have). I'm a mobile notary so even though these printers are for my business, it's not like I have an office with enough printer problems for two hours of work. I do print around 1,000 pages/day, so they're definitely work horses and I need them running at their best or I can't get work. After the short call, I had an appointment scheduled, and a couple days later, right at 10 a.m. (for an appt window between 10 & noon), I received a call from their technician and Co-owner, David, who was already on his way). I really appreciated his timeliness and communication and all the work he put in to diagnose/repair one printer, and laying the other to rest. David was friendly and worked diligently for the entire hour-plus time that he was here. he also went over a few different printer options for when I'm ready to purchase a new one and let me know what they sell and service through their company, so I look forward to working with them again in the future!
