Fortunately I found Tri Valley Upholstery. I send them pictures of the damaged rail and made a "reservation" to bring it in the following week to be worked on right away so as to have as brief a down downtime as possible. Ed at Tri Valley was great - I brought it in on a Tuesday and was able to pick it up on Thursday beautifully repaired for what I felt was a very reasonable price considering the work that had to be done and the excellent job they did. We had purchased that one but after evaluating owning vs. leasing, we went with leasing because of our heavy copying needs. We liked that we did not get pushed toward a lot of bells and whistles that we didn't need, instead they took the time to learn about our usage and sold us what we needed. Their IT and other technical resources have also been outstanding. It's hard to compete with big companies when you don't have a lot of research time available, and going down the wrong path can cost you a lot in delay time. i ordered 2 wine barrel chairs and a table. Whatever you do, do NOT order wine barrel chairs from…read morethis company. Google wine barrel chairs and buy them from any other company but this one. The first chair came with no directions. I contacted Etsy who emailed them to me. The main problem was that this wood is extremely dense and hard and the chairs were supposed to come with pre-drilled holes. both chairs came without these holes and I broke three drill bits and stripped half of the screws trying to put them together. When I contacted the manufacturer they told me that the chairs were pre assembled and then taken apart before they were sent to me. this a\was an obvious lie. These chairs were missing many of the pre-drilled holes making them almost impossble to assemble. i am sorry i did not just return them.
