This was an interesting experience to say the very least. This is a very small UPS store in a little plaza. When I initially walked in, there was literally one lady ahead of me. Next thing I knew a couple came in and this other staff member came out to help. He looks at me asks what I needed and then said that he can't do that. So I have to wait for the employee that's currently helping another individual. Unfortunately for me, the lady in front of me took a very long time. In that time, the line backed all the way out the door. I waited a good 30 minutes before I was helped. My process took probably about 5 minutes. The young lady that was helping me was friendly enough. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but this definitely wasn't it. I think because they are such a small store. They get very busy very quickly, and there really isn't any room for anyone to stand so the line backs up out the door. And unfortunately, when one customer brings in 30 packages to send back, it makes it difficult and a longer wait time for everyone else. Everyone here is absolutely helpful and personable. The always greet you and are apologetic if there is a long line. They have carts you can use if you need them. They take time to answer your questions and ha e great suggestions. I live in Casteo Valley Amd when I have time this is where I come because people who work here care about their customers. Dallin was very helpful in the handling and careful packaging of the items I needed shipped. Very professional and considerate about my concern for the safety of my items during transit. He informed me that this company offered an insurance add on should the value of my items exceed $100 in value. He then informed me he needed to take his break and that a young woman Madi would take over for him I thanked him and was then taken to the register by Madi and she was very helpful in letting me know about their AAA discount which was awesome so I was not only able to ship my items with peace of mind but also got a nice discount surprise. Above and Beyond help from these two. Should you ever need to ship or print I highly recommend going to this location and seeing either Dallin or Madi very helpful and kind. read more

This UPS Store is located in Diablo Plaza and is super convenient for me. I don't mail out too many packages, and when I do its usually at the US Post Office on Alcosta. However the UPS Store has some really convenient services other than shipping stuff: 1. Notary Service - Needed for all those contracts 2. FAX Service - Surprised these aren't obsolete, but some businesses still use them 3. Amazon Returns - Amazon is successful for many reasons and one of them is making it super easy for customers to return purchases. They'll scan your Return Code and take the package for you, free! 4. Passport Photos - Why go to Costco for the crazy wait when you can get them here 5. Really funny greeting cards and other office supplies read more

This UPS store consistently has the worst customer service. The staff is unhelpful, they spent a full 5 minutes after the store opened booting up every computer in the store while the line grew to the door. Cannot imagine how the staff shows up so late they can't have their business operational by the time they open and customers arrive. read more

The inside is not fancy or top-tier. A single wall of mailboxes for rent with a lot of "stuff" about -- a little messy if you ask me. But the service, very nice and friendly -- service with a smile. THIS UPS Store is wonderful. Dev and his employees are great. I use this store because I travel for my company and my mail has to go somewhere. They take great care to make sure my mail and packages are safe. When I call to have them transferred to me they take great care in making sure everything is sent in a timely manner. Always efficient and friendly. I've gotten documents notarized and packages shipped multiple times. They also go above and beyond. I tried recently to ship a mattress (really!). They vacuum pack mattresses to fit a certain dimension to ship. They tried to compress my mattress for hours..to no avail. I feel terrible that they weren't able to do it after all that trouble. UPS Store was willing to sell me a small box for $6., but when I asked them to put a piece of tape on the bottom so I could take the box home and pack it, they offered to sell me a roll of tape instead! When I asked again if the would tape the bottom with the tape gun behind the desk, they politely refused. Said I should go get my 20 garments from home and bring them back and let them pack it and ship it. Then they would tape it. Wow. Just wow. While I am a major fan of the UPS Store franchise, and this one was fine with my shipment and my requirement of having my tracking number on my receipt. I was just a little off put by the disorganization of packages that were literally all over the store. Piles, and piles of packages that were meant to go somewhere. So that made me think that maybe my package would just be put in a pile and forgotten. Also, the woman behind the counter was notarizing a mans paper work. Another customer asked her why she couldn't do her paper work and the notary woman said, "My wrist hurts and I don't want to write that much." OK, thankfully I don't need any notary service lately.
