The inventory count to the app is impeccable. One day, the app said thr store had the item but it wasn't on the shelf. One of the employees saw me searching for it and asked what I was looking For, she went to the back and got it! It had just came in on a truck! I will NEVER use another DG for my every Saturday shopping spree. Please understand, I've been to 100s of DG's and NONE compare to this one! They charged me $700 roughly and I waited 3 months for it with a few email reminders. On the phone I asked her if it was museum glass and she said no but I'll redo it. Picked it up and I asked Carol (worker) if it was museum glass and she said yes. Thank god I keep voice memos. On top of it not being museum glass it's also crooked which they claimed to fix but never did. I took this to another shop in Arlington VA (where I'm stationed) to confirm see photos and reflection in the glass below
