Well, having said that. Why was I here? Well after getting a wonderful canvas painting of theologian Jonathan Edwards's famous 70 resolutions, I needed to acquire a means to mount it on my wall. A few years back in San Diego, the Hobby Lobby there did wonders on my retirement certificate, so choosing to come here in JAX was easy. The gentleman who assisted me was outstanding. Certainly a veteran of the department he works in at the framing area. All I needed were two hooks and a wire threaded through and only $3 later, I had my Resolutions ready to display! I did leave with a nice Hobby Lobby canvas with a biblical message on it, but needed to fix that one in a different manner. It's still waiting to be displayed. After this, I walked around looking at all the crafts, displays, etc and noted that they were getting ready for two things early. One was Autumn as there was a ton of orange color there. Also, I saw that it was beggining to look a lot like Christmas as well! There are plenty of wreaths, decorations, etc. around that will help people get an early Holiday Season start. Also, pay attention to the 40% off signs. I got 60% off the canvas portrait I purchased. It amounted to $6 when all was said and done. Hobby Lobby is a great place to find deals on their arts and crafts. I know I'll be back when I have a desire to purchase more canvas portraits in the days ahead! Recommend: VERY HIGH

This visit was my first at a Roses in FL. The store was clean and organized. Stock was plentiful. They had exactly what I needed; the $0.50 dish towels. Cotton cloth made in India with random name brands slapped on, but the quality is a crazy deal for the price. Years ago I bought some of the world's finest French linens in St.-Jean-de-Luz France, and lol, these do not compare to those, BUT the daily use linens they also sold (what Williams-Sonoma would sh!t themselves for) are comparable to these dish towels, but cost WAYYYY more! I bought a set of 10 in each color of the white with single color. They even look Provincale! Snipped off the dish towel hang loop, washed in hot water to shrink (and thicken), and voila! Sometimes the customer service is pretty good (not stellar), and other times it downright sucks. There's one girl in particular who is snobbish and always has her nose stuck up in the air. There have been times I've walked in (with only one other customer in the store) and haven't even been greeted. Perhaps you think I'm the one being too petty, but I have literally spend thousands of dollars on Pandora beads. I don't think I'm asking too much for someone to say, "Hello, I'll be with you soon" when I walk in the door. When we lived in Orlando, I use to visit the 2 stores there often and the customer service was phenomenal! They always went above and beyond to make sure the customer was happy. I just don't understand why the same can't be accomplished here in this Jacksonville store. Since it is an official Pandora store, more than likely, they will have the exact item you want in stock. They also will be able to clean your Pandora bracelets the proper way. Although, they always act like it's a bother to do it. Annoying. Other Pandora stores offer to clean my bracelets. At this store, I have to ask. I'll continue to shop here because I am completely obsessed with Pandora beads. If there was another official Pandora store in Jacksonville, I would definitely shop there instead and my rating for this store would then be moved down to a 2 star. I waited a while to write this review thinking they would get it together because it was a new store. But they have been open for well over a year now and it looks like the poor customer service is what it is. So a wonderful associate named Nia, who was also helping another party of people at the time pulled out the associates book for me to look at so i could decide between which charm I wanted to purchase. However while i was looking at the book for a specific charm not on display another associate named Gabrielle slammed the book closed and snatched it away then continued chatting with another associate, not even bothering to ask if I needed any help or was I done with the book. Mind you Gabriella wasn't helping any other customers at that time. Because Gabrielle lack of customer service training, it ruined my entire shopping experience with Pandora at this location. I have absolutely loved all my previous shopping purchases at this Pandora before this experience on 11/18/2023 but no longer feel comfortable coming to the Town Center location. There's nothing wrong with pandora products however there customer service workers specifically Gabriella need a refresher course on how to help customers rather than just chatting on the clock with other associates. I'll be going to the Avenue Mall in the future for my Pandora purchases.

A lot of the merchandise is pre-owned bank furniture (but like new) with just about everything you could possibly need to furnish a business office, conference room or home office. In addition, he has a catalog of office furniture that can be special ordered for your specifications. When I visited, the owner greeted me right away and showed me some of the pieces he had acquired. All of the chairs are very high-end, high quality and super comfortable ranging from $65-300. A few of the models he had on the floor were brand new offering top-notch benefits and features. There was no high pressure sales from this guy and I felt very comfortable that he knew his product and he even took the time to demonstrate a few of the more popular Executive High Back Chairs he sold. If you are in the market for a new office chair and someone who sits in front of the computer all day, this store really has a terrific selection. And considering the hours one may sit while working, some of these high-end chairs may be just the right investment. Although I left empty handed, it's nice to know where I can save when I'm ready to make that purchase.

I regretted selling that furniture right after they picked it up:( When I moved to Jacksonville I purchased subpar furniture at another retailer. After 5 years I couldn't take the old stuff any longer. On my second visit Caroline assisted me with picking out the perfect furniture for my home. When I told her I wanted to walk around the store alone she respected my request. She was not pushy and I loved that! I truly enjoyed working with her and would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase furniture;) I was in and out in about an hour and a half. It took me the longest to select the pillow fabric LOL! My furniture took a few more weeks than expected but I was provided updates regularly. I received my furniture a couple of weeks ago and I am so pleased with the fabric and the comfort! No more falling between the cushion cracks when I lay down on the couch.
