Before placing the special order, I asked more than once what would happen if the item didn't fit. I was repeatedly assured that it would. When the item arrived, it did **not** fit. I had concerns as soon as I saw it, but was still told it would work. I returned the item as directed by my employer. The purchase was made with my **personal funds**, and now I am still waiting for my refund. The most frustrating part was the attitude during the return process--it felt like I was inconveniencing them, even though the item did not match the assurance I was given. If you're placing a special order here, make sure you get the return policy and compatibility guarantees **in writing**. Clear communication and timely refunds should be standard.
