    While I didn't get two of the three items I was looking for, the staff was pleasantly helping me. And the copying section's fellow was really helpful since the machines were completely new to me! They're fully automated now, and you can only use credit or debit cards, and sometimes pushing buttons you are unfamiliar with can be daunting. Anyway, he guided me through getting my copies! Like many larger stores, there's a supply shortage on some items due to Covid and the shipping snafus around the world--not the company's fault.

    Quick little review for today... So while off shopping for an event, I usually hit up the Argyle Forrest area to get most of my party needs: JoAnn's, Party City, and Micheal's, but I was in need of some ink for the printer, so a quick Yelp search led me to this Staples location, which I had forgotten was there.... It looks like a smaller store, but still has everything you need. I was greeted immediately when I walked in and asked what I was looking for, and pointed in the right direction. Come to think of it, I was checked on 2 more times (not hovering, just genuinely trying to help) and browsed around a bit. I picked up the ink, some plastic sign holders and some sharpies, and the gal at check out was super nice.... In and out, with great customer service. Can't really beat that!

    The guy at the printing station (Long hair, white, youngish) is very polite and helpful. Never had any issues.,,, no complaints.

It was almost closing time, ubreakifix store wouldn't fix my phone that night and I really needed my cracked iPhone screen repaired, Josh from batteriesplus was right next door and was able to fix my screen just before the store closed saving me a trip to the sprint store where I would have to send my phone off for 5-10 business days. Not only that, but he also gave me a discount which made the services paid for even cheaper than going through sprint or Ubreakifix (which I have insurance through). This man was relatable, knowledgeable and went over and beyond for his customer. Now I'm a returning customer for life! I'm a very happy customer! THANK YOU!

The clerk told me that they had three boxes at their southside and that I could come by their store here in Orange Park and pay for them and have them brought over to the store. So I came in and they were very busy and I left. I two hours later. I went in and a gentleman met me not the clerk, but an older gentleman and he told me no go to the store. Even after he heard the clerk say it was at the southside store because he had talked to me on the phone. Just thought that it could've been handled in a more professional way and don't understand why I was told one thing and then another. Will not go back.

Here's my full experience: I brought my damaged iPhone 16 Pro into the shop on Sunday, May 25. I was helped by Omar (presumably the owner) who quoted me two screen replacement options: one cheaper, one more expensive. I chose the more expensive option. Omar told me the repair would take 30 minutes, so I left my phone with him and planned to return in about an hour. When I came back over an hour later, the phone wasn't fixed. He said he needed another part and told me to come back Tuesday or Wednesday, as Monday was Memorial Day. I heard nothing from him Monday or Tuesday. On Wednesday, I went back to the store. Omar wasn't there, his associate Nicholas was. Nicholas couldn't find my phone at first and dug through a chaotic drawer of other customers' devices before calling Omar, who said he'd bring it in 30 minutes. I waited over 40. Omar eventually rushed in and installed the screen in front of me. I paid $275 (plus a $5 tip). Immediately, I noticed something was off...my phone was hot. I restarted it, but it kept overheating. Two days later, the touch screen stopped working. I called Omar, who told me to come back in. Once again, he wasn't there--Nicholas was. He replaced the screen and informed me that the screen previously installed was actually not the higher-tier screen I had paid for. He even showed me a comparison, noting that the Incel screen Omar installed is known for faulty touch performance. Less than a day later, I dropped my phone maybe a foot and a half onto my wood floor (with a bulky case on) and the screen stopped working entirely. A hairline crack appeared across it, and the display went black. I've had cracked screens before, but they still worked...this one just died. I called Omar again. He told me to come back after 2:00 the next day. I showed up around 4:00. Again, no Omar. Just Nicholas. I explained everything, including the drop and how the screen failed. That's when I was informed for the first time that there are actually three screen options, not two. And I've still never received the top-tier screen I paid for. I spoke with Omar on the phone and tried to explain. Either he didn't understand me due to a language barrier, or he thinks he can hide behind a sign in his store that says, "No warranty on damaged screens." That might shield him from accountability in his eyes, but let me be clear: what he's doing is fraudulent. He charged me for the best screen, knowingly installed the worst one, then replaced it with the mid-grade one after it failed, and now refuses to honor anything because my screen is damaged. Convenient. I'll be taking my phone to Apple now, and possibly Omar to small claims court. I don't expect to get my money back, but I do want to warn others. Avoid this place. You deserve better than to be scammed by someone who thinks a sign excuses dishonest business practices.

His honesty caught off guard and he was so nice . We decided to purchase a new case and a screen protector from him. Highly recommend this place for any electronic repairs.
