This is my first time visiting a Staples in a long time and was very impressed with the outstanding customer service from all three people I met. A man taping a box was very nice and polite and kindly directed me to the rear of store and gave me the aisle of what I was looking for, a computer table floor mat. When I got there is when I met Dana, who provided the most outstanding service I've ever received in my life! She sure is dedicated to serving the customer/s and along with helping me, helped another person at the same time. She knew the product/s and did a price comparison when I mentioned it. She went above and beyond with a terrific attitude, professionalism, dedication, and is truly Amazing!! Dana showed me the floor mats and there was one in stock the size I needed about 3' by 4', and the best thing is that the mat was already unrolled! I noticed a computer chair on sale of only $89 an Essential Mesh & Fabric Chair by Union & Scale. One chair was already assembled and when I sat in it I was hooked! Super comfortable, well designed for ergonomics, and modern stylish looking. I liked seeing on the box, easy to assemble but if needed call us for help. Earlier, Dana hand carried the floor mat up front. She mentioned for me to see Nancy up front who will take care of me. I met cashier Nancy who was very nice, personable, and sure did an outstanding job, too! When the sale was completed, guess who came to the front right away and helped me get the computer chair and floor mat to my truck? Dana! I couldn't believe it! All I can say is that this Staples Store staffs the best professional, competent, enthusiastic, and dedicated employees ever! By the way, the chair was super easy to assemble with a parts list, all the parts color coded, easy instructions with drawings including how to adjust the height and seat tilt, and the only tool needed, an allen key to turn the bolts was included! It took me about 45 minutes to do and I have no issues or barriers with the computer chair at all. It is super comfortable especially the seat!! It's packed with features that make it easy to fine-tune it. Comes with a 7-year warranty and is based on up to 3-5 hours of continual use within a 24-hour period for users weighing up to 275 lbs. While I didn't get two of the three items I was looking for, the staff was pleasantly helping me. And the copying section's fellow was really helpful since the machines were completely new to me! They're fully automated now, and you can only use credit or debit cards, and sometimes pushing buttons you are unfamiliar with can be daunting. Anyway, he guided me through getting my copies! Like many larger stores, there's a supply shortage on some items due to Covid and the shipping snafus around the world--not the company's fault. read more

I went into the Staples on Kingsley Ave. today. I was trying to get a handicap permit laminated. The lady that issued the permit at the DMV told me I should consider having it laminated since the sun bakes it and it will crack into pieces after a little while. I asked the girl if she would do that. She said yes, they do laminate BUT she couldn't laminate a government issued permit! I asked why? she couldn't tell me other than she couldn't. I asked to see the manager. He walked over and asked what the problem was. I proceeded to tell him and then he turned and looked at the employee who wouldn't help me and asked her why she couldn't do it? she told him what she told me and then he turned to me and said exactly what she said! Again, I asked why? No reason given! I was furious! I will inform the DMV that Staples is NOT in the customer service business and hopefully NO one will go to this location......EVER! I will never step foot in there again! read more

Literally never go in here and when I do 2 bad experiences. First they had k cup coffee on sale, with a 6.99 sale tag in front 3 diff flavors k cup boxes. I went to go buy bunch and they cashier said the sale ended and wouldn't honor sale price. The normal price was 2x as expensive. Second had a single page laminated and paid 2x as much as Kinkos/fed ex. Unlike Kinkos u can't do it yourself here and u have to pay them to do it on top of the the fee for normal lamination. Super unprofessional normally if store has something on shelf on sale they honor price and take it down after. This cashier acted like I was taking it out her pocket. Spoke to store manager and although he was, he didn't offer to sell me coffee at the sale price either so that was a waste of time. read more

Quick little review for today... So while off shopping for an event, I usually hit up the Argyle Forrest area to get most of my party needs: JoAnn's, Party City, and Micheal's, but I was in need of some ink for the printer, so a quick Yelp search led me to this Staples location, which I had forgotten was there.... It looks like a smaller store, but still has everything you need. I was greeted immediately when I walked in and asked what I was looking for, and pointed in the right direction. Come to think of it, I was checked on 2 more times (not hovering, just genuinely trying to help) and browsed around a bit. I picked up the ink, some plastic sign holders and some sharpies, and the gal at check out was super nice.... In and out, with great customer service. Can't really beat that! read more

Wow. This place is rediculas. Only one associate can opperate the fax and copy machines. There must be 8 clueless employees walking around with no damn idea how to operate any equipment in this area unless they are trained. Sooo. We are waiting for one employee that has 3 customers waiting to have work done.. we've been waiting for over 40 min she hasn't even acknowledged us. Well after today. We will never come to this store again. This is total BULL!!!! read more

This location of Staples used to be OfficeMax. Very clean and bright store. Though the open rafters and the industrial carpet make the store seem... disjointed, idk. It's now Staples, but the inside still looks like OfficeMax, just weirder. Decent customer service, average prices. Join the rewards program. That was easy! read more
