I need printing done for a program. when I arrived I was told the the person would be in at 2. I waited until 2:30 no one came and the manager at the time did not know how to assist. I came back around 55 the young man did not know how to print the program. I left and went to UPS store they were ready the next morning. I signed up for the Business program, but I will be canceling. This was in October. I hope things get better it is very coinvent. The staff seems to have a big turn over. I don't normally write a review. I was told the manager would be calling me I never heard from anyone.

Several times I came to Parsel Plus. but Raj assured me that now UPS does not scan parcels and showed me someone's negative feedback on Google, that the parcels are not scanned, and they can be lost.
