Received an "Out for Delivery" notice from Staples for June 28, 2024, (Did Not Show), Then again "Out for Delivery" notice for Monday July 1st (Did not Show) and another notice "Out for Delivery" on July 5th. You guessed it, Did Not Show. Two phone calls to Staples were met with abundant apologies and a discount. Those were an additional waste of time! Have never engaged with an organization as low class as this one is. Nobody gives "a rat's ass" about the customer at Staples. Hell will freeze Over before I buy from Staples ‼ read more

My regular UPS store could not print a document because of not having the latest Adobe version. This store did have it and was very helpful in printing. Later they helped me a second time by helping me create a pdf of 5 pages into one pdf. . My abilities were to have 5 separate Pdfs and a certain website needed it condensed. This store in the King Plaza was very helpful and I would recommend them for your business needs. read more

I would not trust any project to this store! I had an urgent document that needed to be printed. It went to pick it up and it had not been printed and no one was able to print the document. I went home empty handed. I later called and spoke to the manager Jared Helmick who was very rude and not able to offer any explanation as to why this happened. He basically hung up on me. There is a Fed Ex store just down the street which printed my documents quickly and were very kind. read more

I have visited the UPS Store in the Publix shopping center in Roswell multiple times, but this is my first review. I mailed a holiday package for my mother in California. During the holidays, the lines can be a little long, but they had 2 or 3 associates working. I did not have to wait too long. When mailing my mom's holiday package, they quoted me different rates, and I selected UPS ground, because it was the best deal. The package reached my mother in California within a reasonable amount of time. I later used the US Postal Service to ship a small package during the holidays using Priority Mail. While it's supposed to arrive within 2 to 3 days, the USPS offers no guarantees. My package arrived 9 days later, 3 days after Christmas. So, I'll definitely consider returning to this UPS Store the next time I need to ship a package to California. read more

This review is in response to how my wife was treated by the most recent posting of an online review of a UPS Store on Woodstock rd. I will remove this review, as I understand mistakes happen if you can correct your response to a truthful response under my wife's review and give my son a refund as you said was offered. My wife was NOT offered a refund. SHE is the one who asked about the envelope, it wasn't "graciously offered," nor presented as an option since the transaction was already complete. My son did ask for his options and was told this was his only option based on the dimensions of his box per the female on-site. My son is a teenager with his own business and his mother was close by and immediately came in to give you an opportunity to correct it. If there is a policy about selling to minors, please enforce that going forward. I see a trend in how you respond to critical reviews, I hope you can make it right before absolving your staff of any responsibility. My wife would not have made an online review if a refund was offered. She left a review when the store wouldn't correct it. And for the 2nd time, in this situation, our family is having to make a case for you to do the right thing. read more

I am shocked right now by how my 14 year old son was just ripped off by this store. He needed to place shoes in a bag to ship. He was reselling shoes for a $20 profit (and honestly after paying shipping was probably more like $5). I was encouraging him to go in and see what his options were knowing that they could place that shoe box in a shipping bag (he already had his label paid and ready to scan). They said his only option was a $10 box. All 3 employees looked at me clueless when I went in there questioning how they could sell a child a $10 box to place another small box in. The women said "she didn't set the prices." Obviously. I asked if they could have placed this in an envelope and stuck a label on it at no charge. They said yes. My son asked what his options were and was only given one option - this $10 box. Woodrow wouldn't even make eye contact for a solution. I have gone here for 11 years and ship often for business and personal. Very disappointed. I gave them an opportunity to correct it and make it right and they all looked at me like "sorry, he wanted a box, we gave it." He asked for his options. The least expensive option. And you took half this child's hard work. You told me you could placed this envelope or we could have brought something from home. Again, obviously. $10 for a plain box to ship shoebox in a box. And then on top of that you wouldn't make it right. I wanted my son to learn a lesson, trusted him in your hands. We learned a lesson alright. read more

The staff here are way to guarded about notarizing documents. They are very limited in their knowledge. They will also lie and tell you it is a corporate policy--it is not. It is just as easy to go to another UPS store, as I did, and they provided the needed service. Avoid this store. Not sure I would trust them with other services. read more

Went to get something printed off there was a very long line. When I finally reached the front the lady told me I had to email them and needed to get to the back of the line again. I've already sent the email by the time she was done demeaning me to get to the back of the line. I had already been waiting over 10 mins in line. Luckily another employee took notice and assisted me with my print out. I felt very unwelcome and embarrassed. I will not be returning to this location. read more

I went to drop a few Amazon packages and return this morning at about 9am and the lady working at the front was extremely rude. She waved her hands and yelled "hello!" and laughed as if she were annoyed I didn't pay attention to being next in line when I was simply pulling up my Amazon codes. Then when I got to the front I told her one was just a return and not for Amazon, and she rudely said "it doesn't matter." She rushed me to get each code when I only had 3 Amazon returns and once I was done I said "thank you have a great day" and she didn't say anything. Probably not just my opinion, but she doesn't seem to like people which means customer service is not for her. I would suggest reminding her how to treat customers, even if she's not a happy person! read more

Thus UPS store runs a close second to my favorite UPS store (on Hiway 120 and Coleman Road), and is always clean, bright and well organized. I use this location at least twice a week for returns or shipping or to drop off US Postal Service mail which is collected there every day, thereby avoiding the chaos of the Roswell Post Office. I have always had a pleasant experience and find all of the employees to be courteous and helpful. It's a business, so of course they charge for materials like boxes and envelopes, ,but their prices are totally reasonable and I love supporting a local business! read more

I printed off ONE sheet of paper and had them fax it to me and it was $7 that is ridiculous. They charged a $2.95 printing service fee and a $2.95 scanning set up fee plus what is cost for actually printing. Since when did ups start charging all these little fees for EVERYTHING?! This store that is located at 885 woodstock, Roswell. The owner and staff could be nice and pleasant, which can really help the business. They acte like they are either under paid or their business not making enough money. They charge drop off by USPS. They seem offended when being asked about the fees. A black lady whom I talked to gave me a cold face, no smile totally showing lack of customer training. They should not take it onto customers for whatever reasons that may cause their unhappiness. They are not doing customers a favor, hope they know that. You definitely can get your stuff mailed out from here. It is just sometimes, you do want to go a little further to see a warm customer rep who greets you and appreciates your business. read more

I would not recommend anyone use this store! I xwent in to mail some boxes via USPS. The manager told me it was cheaper and faster to use UPS. I said fine. He went in the back yo package a large painting I needed shipped as well. I asked the young girl at the counter if I needed to fill out a form and she said no she would put it in the computer. So after giving her all my shipping information she said that she was going to have me sign some things and print the labels.
