He's super knowledgeable about what's the issue with your phone and if it can be fixed or not. He was able to diagnose my son's phone in seconds, then give us a quote to repair it. We left the phone with him and he repaired it in under the quoted time, saving us a trip back to the store to pick it up. He also gave us a great deal on a new case, and did a new screen protector for me as well. Highly recommend this place.

My American Express Credit card was charged the same date the order was placed which leads me to believe that the status you are displaying is misleading to consumers. I have called and left 2 voicemails to the 1-800-650-4006 number without a single call back. I expect an update by the end of the business day today. I am relying on receiving this computer on or before the end of the week Friday Sunday May 1, 2022.
