I went to another repair shop who mentioned they don't work on Acers and there are very few shops that do. They did tell me to check with Pleasanton Computer Repair though. Thank goodness I did! They were able to repair my computer for a lot less than I anticipated and finished the project quickly. My computer is working great, and Gabe even sent me a follow up email 2 weeks after he fixed my computer to check in and see if everything was working well. I brought my phone in for a simple screen repair, and this guy kept my phone the entire day without even fixing it. When I asked for my phone back, he actually refused to give it back to me. That is completely unacceptable. On top of that, his attitude was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Every time I asked what was going on, I got excuses and what felt like nothing but lies. The way he treated me as a customer was ridiculous. If you value your phone, your time, and your money, stay far away from this place. There was zero professionalism, zero respect, and zero accountability. When my daughter picked her phone up, she noticed the quality of the screen was very poor. The front facing camera was visually grainy which affected FaceTime, videos, and camera quality. My daughter ended up going back to have it looked at and Raj and Adeel let her know that it was her screen protector. They removed the screen protector which doesn't make sense at all, but my daughter left thinking that everything was resolved. Wrong, the quality of the front camera was still an issue with no change or improvement. She also purchased the screen protector from the store and never received a refund. She came back a third time and they ended up replacing the screen. Usually, second time's the charm right? Not this time. The quality was exactly the same. My daughter tried messaging through Yelp to find a resolution, but her messages were completely ignored. I'm disappointed in the customer service this store provided although having a good rating. My daughter had to find a more reliable and dependable store to have her screen replaced. So far, it's as new as the day we bought it. Not to mention that the new store we went to was very friendly, fast, and provided a warranty. Having to pay for another store's failure is unpleasant.

Just like other Best Buy stores, they're only good to go to if you're not being too selective with what you want. I Received the wrong item!!!…read more Just came in today(16/08/26) and was helped by a gentleman named Gabe at 8:30pm and bought a corsair HS80 max wireless headset and a ps5 dual sense Edge Black controller. The Headset he helped me pick is amazing, but when I opened the box for the black dual sense Edge controller it had a fancy white psn controller case but inside was the regular white ps5 controller. I paid $200 for the pro controller and am not sure how that happened. Also I noticed the box was a little ripped when I was purchasing it and I even questioned the cashier/Gabe if it was new, but didn't question it much after his coworker assured me, if it wasn't I should blame him. I went home and unboxed it excited to try out the new controller and play with my wife at my house but was shocked to see that this box did not have the new $200 I paid for, and instead a white $70 controller. I don't want to leave a bad review I only simply want to get the item I have paid for and live like 1 hour away from the store. I highly doubt any other store would take this return. I wish I had verified the items but of course I assumed that best buy was a very big box brand and wouldn't make any mistakes that big. Unfortunately I am leaving a 1 star rating and will be returning to the store to hopefully have this resolved and post my post customer service review.
