So I go to return this battery they sold me (that I didn't actually need) THE NEXT DAY and I'm told it's non refundable. When I asked to speak to the manager she wouldn't even come talk to me. So she just completely ripped me off for $200+ and knew she had scammed me so she couldn't even show her face. This place is not reliable, and the manager is not professional, do not use this place. Go somewhere reputable where they don't lie to sell you expensive things you don't need and then don't even perform the services they advertise.

I am 27 year old woman that doesn't know a thing about cars. I am the girl that calls her dad. I asked aaron for help on the brake lights. He not only diagnosed my problem and told me I had to get more extensive work, he also made both my brake lights work for the time being with a duct tape contraption to hold me over until I can get it in the shop. He explained my wiring issue so well so I know exactly what to tell the shop people. He didn't charge me a thing since I didn't buy anything!!! They have helped me with tools (borrowed), they have helped me replace my battery (installed new one and recycled the old one). The kid that did it was professional and nice, wish I could remember his name. I was leaving the store to take my vehicle to an auto repair shop when I was stopped by another customer who suggested replacing the light bulbs first. I started walking back to the counter when this very nice young man, a teenager employee, took it upon himself to help find the right parts and replace the bulbs himself. I was so grateful to him and the other customer who saved me the extra expense of being told that exact thing at another auto repair shop. He was knowledgeable, kind and polite. If I could give stars just to this young man, it would be 5 star service. But as a whole, the whole experience was not that great, I am sorry to say.

The Honda dealership I went to wanted to charge me $30 + labor for each spark plug. I got the same things for approximately $10 at AAP, and it was a simple enough fix that it didn't require getting the dealership to do it. So something that was going to cost me a $150+ ended up costing me $40. Mustache man gave me a solid explanation while not making me feel like an idiot. Find the Mustache man.[1] Ask him questions. He'll walk you through it. Then Google/Youtube your car make/model and whatever issue you're having with your vehicle. Some good Samaritan out there has more than likely described the fix and/or uploaded a "how to" video. The internet + AAP will help you feel like a man.[2] [1]Note: Sounds like a superhero. The driver was very knowledgable and we had a great conversation. The vehicle was transported to LKQ, and the next day I went to the location to pick up the check. There was a line at the door of individuals waiting to get in... almost like black Friday. I was allowed to hop the line to the selling area. I brought in the title. They answered all my questions. I even saw the driver who picked up my car, and he remembered me. Great personal service. Great experience overall in selling a vehicle.

Blew the oil filter cap / oil cooler on my 2015 Jeep (common issue), and went in to have that replaced, AND threw in a 100k mile service - since they were gonna be in that part of the engine anyway. Pros: - Mechanic was super fast and super friendly. Was able to do the entire job in about three working hours, when several YouTube mechanics suggested it would be about ten hours. AWESOME!!! - Price per-hour for labor was about HALF of what the mechanics at other places charge. AWESOME!!! - Place was easy to find, had a waiting area with a Sasquatch statue, and had a McDonalds next door if you got hungry while waiting. Cons: - The receptionist / admin clerk is super friendly; but was not technical enough to understand the work I wanted done, what parts and labor that work included, and how to accurately reflect all of that on my invoice (there were a few mistakes). This is common in many non-dealership garages. Dealerships I have been to tend to have a mechanic who can discuss the mechanical shenanigans with you at the reception desk. - The McDonalds next door smelled like a sewer inside their entryway. Has nothing to do with the Iron Goat business. Just letting you know in case you decide to grab an egg mcmuffin while you wait on your oil change. Bottom line: I will go there again, and highly recommend this place for other Jeepers in the OKC area. If you have a complex job, I would just make sure to specify everything you want in detail prior to and during the service, and then scrutinize the invoice prior to paying it.
