However, I called S&E and Scotty was able to talk through both the repair and fleet vehicle logistics. I took the car over the same morning of my call, and he quickly diagnosed that the battery needed to be changed. He worked through the logistics with my fleet company, and was able to get the repair approved. He replaced the battery in 15 minutes and I was on my way. I ended up having to go to the POLICE to help me get my truck back . ( 6 weeks later ...). The truck had been rendered undriveable , they put anew front end in, wrong size parts : were paid to put new tires on front & they put OLD tires on which blew out on my trip to replace the spare tire , which they had stolen along with the mechanism which holds the spare tire in place : they tore off my running boards & mudflaps : they tore up the inside of my truck : They tried to pry off my aluminium front tire guards . I ended up paying MORE money to go to other mechanics to have the damage repaired . I was told that if I take them to court , I WILL win ( I documented everything ,saved all voice mails , texts , photos of before & after ) but they will not pay . Let's see .... And this done to me right after my husband passed. TALK ABOUT BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF !!!!
